I had one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve ever had at a Michael Kors store. I arrived at 8:30 PM, well before their closing time of 9:00 PM, and expected to be helped like any other customer. However, the staff made it clear that they were not willing to assist because they were āabout to close.ā
I asked about three different pairs of shoes, and they refused to check for them, saying they didnāt have time ā even though they still had 30 minutes before closing. No one informed me when I walked in that they were no longer helping customers or that the store was winding down for the night.
When I voiced my frustration, the manager finally offered to help, but only bothered to look in the back for one of the three shoes I asked about. The rest were completely ignored. It felt like they just wanted me out of the store.
To make things worse, when we asked for the names of the employees involved to report the incident, they refused to provide them, saying they ādonāt have to give out their names.ā That kind of attitude and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable ā especially from a well-known brand like Michael Kors.
Overall, the disrespect, lack of basic customer service, and unwillingness to assist during posted business hours made this the worst retail experience Iāve had. I will absolutely never return to this location and cannot recommend...

The shoes had no sign of wear other than the dust on sole gathered during the in-store try on. It even still had the intact shoe label on sole, a very fragile label I may add. This was not a āsales finalā clearance, they simply refused to honor their return policy. A dishonest business practice.
Manager was trashy to say the least, threatening my husband and cutting him off when trying to explain that the shoes we bought came in the exact same condition.
