I have been shopping at this store since I can remember. The customer service has gone DOWNHILL. It is simply just BAD. The fact that the store is located INSIDE a mall, people actually pull carts with all their shopping in them, the store does not allow you to bring the cart inside and if you do they ask you leave it at the door. My husband grabbed the cart and walked out, as he is walking out he asked the guy at the gate if he even cared whoâs cart it was, the guy looked around, shrugged his shoulders and said and I quote âNo, I really do not careâ. We asked to speak with a manager to understand better this âpolicyâ. Rosana/Roxana, said they are not responsible for the carts if stolen, but again they do not allow carts in the store. There are nowhere any signs that prohibit the carts in the store. I have been a loyal customer of Coach and expect to keep being one. But this will be a store I no longer will be coming too.

this happened a month ago. Not the first time I shop here, but there was one girl in specific who was just very annoying and pushy ( Maria Paula ) !! First of all she came and introduced herself THEN she left, she didnât even stick around for half a second. By the time I was going to head out the door another very nice lady ( Maria Karina ) tried her best to show me around different styles and matching bags with wallets. She did an AMAZING job, she actually listened and stayed around to help out. When the first girl saw that, she made a BIG deal and kept on stepping on my toes asking if I was ready to go to the register, she came up to me 3 times even thou i still had not chosen the bag yet. Honestly she made a big deal about it to her manager, and that made me feel like just leaving my bags and walking out. Paula wanted sooo bad Karinaâs credit for her work and dedication. Sorry but saying âHi, my name is Maria Paulaâ does not compare to dealing with me asking about 10 different purses, shoes and backpacks. Even my husband Was ready to leave, he was so shocked of how unprofessional this girl was acting towards me and her coworkers.    Read moreOn Saturday, I went to the Coach store at Dolphin Mall to get my purse fixed. When I entered the store, I approached a manager (short blondish hair) and explained that my purse was damaged, but I didnt have the reciept. She explained that the warranty only covered the hardware, that leather was not covered, without a receipt they couldnt help and they couldnt look up customers, because their system had changed. She walked away and left me standing with my daughter without further assistance. I proceeded to make the line and the cashier who lack the English language, stated the same. I attempted to look for the receipt online but I couldnt find it. I moved over and asked the cashier for the Coach customer service number. I contacted the customer service line and within 5 minutes the receipt was sent to the store via email. I was so upset over this whole incident. I explained to another manager (long brownish hair) the ordeal and asked why didn't a manager assist me with the process. Where is the customer service and professionalism? I regularly shop at Coach and I explained to them that I rather spend the gas to travel to Florida City Coach, then coming to this store again. I then asked for the store manager ( Cindy Carleo), but she couldn't speak with me because busy on the phone. I was brought a business card to call her later. When I asked for the District Manager name, I was advised she was out of the country and the store manager couldnt advise the name. I then proceeded to call customer service number again, where I was provided wirh the name of the District Manager. A little assistance goes a long way. I will not be bringing my business...
   Read moreWas assisted At the register by an employee by the name of Noeli. Very rude lady. When our turn came, my 13 year old daughter went up to the register. I called my daughter back âNo, honey. She hasnât called us yet.â I looked at Noeli and said âIâm sorry, you havenât called us right?â She looked at me annoyed, gave me a half smile and looked down not even answering me. I said âexcuse me, are you ready for us?â She said yeah and looked annoyed. I asked her for her name and wrote it down. When our transaction was over, she didnât even excuse herself. She just ran over to her supervisor by the name of George. By the time I got to George, and explained the situation, he just looked at me with a blank face and didnât say a word. It was obvious Noeli had given him another story. What a terrible atmosphere and terrible service
