Churromania Dolphin Mall — Restaurant in Sweetwater

I'll start by saying that the girl who served me was very kind and helpful at all times, as I had never tried churros from this franchise. I grew up in Spain and was used to the churros and porras there. I'll rate and be honest with my experience.

Pro’s: The churros were made and served right away. I ordered a Nutella and dulce de leche churroa cup. I must say it was a feast of flavors with the dulce de leche. I loved it, but the Nutella was neither here nor there (ni fu ni fa).

Con’s: I thought the price was super overpriced. I was never offered a 10% discount, but they also didn't remind me of the 20% discount on the mall coupon, which I had. And I could have enjoyed more products at a nice discount.

Churros we’re great! Customer service however is lacking. First off, I get a dirty look from the cashier because I didn’t speak Spanish. I ordered a regular sized churro bite which should’ve been $8 and I was charged $10.50. Also ordered sweet condensed milk to go with it and didn’t receive it which then I had to go back up to the counter and explain that I was not only overcharged but never received my dip that I was never charged for because the girl didn’t put it on my order. Sadly I won’t be going back based off the attitudes of the girls...

Let me explain why: 1-No prices advertised anywhere in the store, it’s anxiety inducing and probably not legal. 2-There was this sign in the counter that if you left a review you get 10% off, but you can only use the 10% off after reviewing, so you need to review BEFORE you even pay for the order and get the order. What if you want to leave your honest review? Do so at your own peril because they see your review before making your order, I felt forced to leave 5 stars only to come back...
