Haagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Sweetwater

I have never been to a store filled with rude, incompetent, lost employees. It took them 30 minutes to ask me what I wanted and I was at the front of the line. The guys name is IRA and he is lost. You tell him chocolate shake and forgets 30 seconds later and forgets you exist. I ended up ordering my shake with him, he ended up forgetting, had to once again remind him and he handed me a half full shake and I asked where the rest and I simply walked away. The reason why I give 2 stars is because the employee who helped me looked tired, bore and not unenthusiastic almost like the end of the world. Very sad, business should have energetic people full of happiness for a place where ice cream is been sold, I mean buying ice cream looks like a tragic service. I don’t mind paying $15 +tip for an ice cream I can buy myself at the supermarket and self servicing myself. But for this location ain’t...

The product I bought is very tasty. Unfortunately, you are treated rudely. 3 people on site, all three playing around on their cell phones. When you order, you get the feeling that you are intruding. Before they start preparing the shake, they play on their cell phones again. Once the shake is ready, they play on their cell phones again before collecting the money. Not a nice word, not a smile.
