The food at this McDonald's is awful ALL the time!!! The people who work here are also very rude. The last time i was there i ordered a sandwich and a small drink. When i got to the food window they handed me 2 drinks and the sandwich. I told them i only ordered one small drink. The man at the window went back to talk to the man who took my order and when he came back the man who took my order came with him and actually ARGUED with me telling me i DID order 2 drinks and that i was wrong. The other man asked if I'd like to be refunded for the medium drink and i said sure. They had me pull to the 3rd window and wait for the refund. I waited so long i started to wish i had just said forget it. Finally the rude guy came to the window, basically threw the money at me and stormed off. No apology, no smile, nothing. He was still obviously that mad about being told he was wrong about something that was just a simple misunderstanding. I went to put the money away and he'd refunded me for the small not the medium that i gave back to them! Unbelievable. I don't really even care about any of this but after all that the sandwich i ordered was dried out and disgusting and completely inedible. I literally just threw it away. So this having been my 3rd in a row visit to this place receiving food that was awful i decided this time I was going to contact corporate about what had happened, which again, I rarely do but by this time I'd pretty much had it. Corporate responded right away and told me that they'd contacted the store about the issues i had raised and that the store would be contacting me soon to Rectify the situation. We'll I've contacted corporate 3 times since because the store has yet to respond at all. I mean how hard is it to send an email to a customer? I'd be perfectly happy with a free sandwich coupon and possibly an apology. Again i wouldn't even care about all this but it's kind of become a vendetta at this point. So I've taken to Google to carry my story to the masses. I avoid this place as much as possible now. The McDonald's on Montgomery rd across from the golf cart place is AMAZING! The food is almost always good and the employees are friendly, polite and always tell me to have a nice day! So do yourself a favor and go to the one on Montgomery rd it's right by the highway and it's well worth going a little out of the way to avoid bad food and even...

We arrived during busy hours and ordered via the mobile app. My husband got his order, no mistakes and no items missing - he had a kid’s meal and the meal deal. I placed my order immediately after him and had 3 items missing - a large drink, a small drink, and a McDouble from the meal deal. My husband went up to the counter and was able to get the cups after 5 or so minutes…during that time, I realized we were missing a McDouble. He came back and sat with our kids while I went to the counter. For 10 mins, I proceeded to explain to one person that the item was missing. They seemed to get it, asked for the order number and I gave it to them, not before they took my phone to try to re-order what I had just ordered. I waited. After an additional 10 mins the same person came back and said the order was already gone. I again explained to them that I didn’t need my whole entire order, I just needed the missing item. After looking up the word “lost” in Spanish, then showing them the order and saying we got everything except the McDouble, it appeared to “click” and they miraculously handed me a McDouble, like it had been there all along.

It’s crazy that from the time I placed my order, received it, and noticed missing items, that it took 30 mins. And I am not going to blame the crew because if they have problems understanding English, then someone who speaks English should be working at all times with the crew.
