I don't usually complain too much, but I don't like My time wasted. I had called ahead to put in an order for two JJ Gargantuan subs with extra cheese at 03:48 pm while I was on My way to them from appx 2 miles away. With traffic, should take about 7 minutes according to maps (Which was accurate). So I walk in, and was greeted nicely and promptly. Problem was, he didn't know where My order was or by chance didn't understand that I was a pickup order even though I told him I had previously called in an order. So halfway through reordering, someone came around the corner and said that she remembered My call and that I was not a new order, and then looked around for My order.
Here is where I am irritated: I used to order from the location by Wal-Mart when I worked at a shop nearby. I was able to get an order delivered in 20 minutes. When she started looking around for My order and couldn't find anything, she began making it. Almost 10 minutes after I called it in. And the couple people helping all looked just as confused as she did. I stood there waiting for something that should have already been made. It wouldn't be a problem, but you guys pride yourself on being fast. I have never had a bad experience from one of your locations until now. I realize it is "only 10 minutes or 20 minutes", but the biggest thing you can waste is a customers time. And instead of picking up My order like I should have been able to, I had to stand there and wait for almost 10 minutes to get My order made. The screenshot of the time I called shows the time in the right top corner of when I got back to My car. A full 12 minutes after showing up.
And they didn't even offer an apology for forgetting the order and not having the order made. And it was very clear by the expressions on their faces and the whispers as they looked at the ticket, that they had forgot about it. I attached pics to this review so you can see the timeline.

Read moreI ordered through their website and put in my address for my location as well as the business name. 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the driver named Joseph asking where Im at, for some reason it took him to the business directly across the street. I tell him that I am standing out front across the street and can see him. He then tells me maybe next time you should put in the correct address very disrespectfully. I then watch him drive the opposite direction with my food that is already paid for and he tells me he is taking it back until I give him the right address. I then leave work and drive to the Jimmy Johns location on Hosmer. When I get there I ask for a manager and Joseph decides to come around the counter and get in my face yelling "touch me, touch me" as he yells why I was wrong for putting in the wrong address. The manager tells him to go to the back an he continues to scream and yell at me from the back of the store. The manager was helpful giving me a full refund for my order and apologizing. This behavior is unacceptable and someone like Joseph probably does not have a place in a customer service position. I have ordered from this location many times as it is close to my work but sadly this will be the last. Read moreCame through the driver through and bought two sandwiches and two kicking ranches. Zachary was very nice but when I got home realized the kicking ranches were not in the bag. I called to see if maybe they could credit my rewards account and this is what happened……. A male answered the phone I advised what happen and he said oh I am sorry can you drive back through and I will get you your kicking ranches. I told him I was already home and would just like it credited to my rewards account. He said he would need to get his manager on the phone. She got on the phone I advised her what happened and that I was just wondering if it could be credited to my rewards. She said well it’s only $2.40 it’s not like it was a sandwich. Then she hung up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up again. I will make sure to never go to your place again. And tell all my friends and family to not go there either.
