I live "van life" and unfortunately my car broke down in the parking lot next to this McDonald's. Shout out to tower lanes for being so cool btw! Anywhom, I was stuck for several days, until I was able to get help. I ordered food/coffee/drinks from McDonald's every single day. Of course I used their restroom also. One day I used the restroom and forgot to bring my cash inside to order my morning coffee. I waited a bit and went back in to order my coffee, but had to pee again...I drink alot of water LOL. The security gaurd yelled at me in front of other customers and told me he "caught me" on camera using the bathroom 3 times. I corrected him, told him this is my SECOND time using the restroom and that I order food from here everyday. He begins to argue. At that point I say whatever and let him know I'm using the restroom anyways. I then leave and call the manager. The manager seemed very rude and impatient, but I have a tendency to blabber, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I asked him if there is a rule that we must order items off the menu, before using the restroom. In a confused tone, he says no. I let him know of the security gaurd and how I been paying for food everyday. He says he'll have a talk with him in an annoyed tone and I let it go. They then feel the need to harass me and complain on me to tower lanes. I know because the staff (who are AMAZING) came and talked to me and told me about this security AND manager walking over to the bowling alley and complaining LOL. I also caught the security gaurd driving past me while I was at the library down the street. I then hear the staff some time later talk about something related to security calling them. They don't have security at this library đđ¤Łđ On one hand I don't want to give this store any money and on the other, I want to be petty, because they have no right to tell me I can't get items from McDonald's and also use their restroom. I also wish I would have gave Tower lanes my money. I will be back soon to do that!    Read moreMy wife and I went through this McDonald's Drive-Thru, at 7:43 p.m. on 12/22/2020, placed a simple order for 2 Mc Ribs, 2 Mc Doubles and a Medium Fry. Paid at the first window and by the time we reached the second window, with only one other car in front of us, our order had been dropped from the order screen. The person at the window asked what we had ordered, so we showed him our receipt. A few minutes later we received our food to which we checked to make sure, before driving off, that everything was in the bag. And it was. Little did we know that after arriving home that the two Mc Rib Sandwiches had no BBQ sauce on them.(See attached Photo) So I understand that things get missed when your in a hurry to fix a mistake but this is a pretty big "Miss"! I tried to call the local number to the Mc Donald's (Just to inform them that someone in the back was not paying attention or just not caring enough to put out a good product ) but it just kept ringing! I then called the Toll Free Number on the receipt for comments or complaints and left my contact info and as of 12/31/2020 I still have not heard back about the "No Sauce"
It would have been so much easier to let them know that there was a problem with one of their employees, with in an hour of it happening, if only they would of just "ANSWERED THE PHONE " Instead it's come down to me, taking more time to post this, than it did for the person in the back to check to make sure the food was made right before sending it out! This is the second time I come to this branch with a receipt and tell you guys you messed up my order hereâs my receipt, remake it again and instead of saying, weâre sorry what kind of sandwich would you like and what kind of drink Youâre supposed to remake the order just the moment the customer says I have a complaint, but I have it with a receipt saying to you guys I came twice to this branch and you made my order twice incorrectly, and I paid for the order twice. However, there is several other McDonaldâs branches around me.
