Stayed here last month. The food was good once it showed up, but the service was complete trash, I finally had to go to the bar and ask for silverware. It wasn't even busy that night.
At 260 a night with a city view comes a reasonable expectation of service, it's really the basics though. It was a quick get away for a 2yr anaversary. I have not been left with a very positive impression. The security guard working the parking garage entrance left the best impression there is to be had. He had integrity, he was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to.
Additional unresolved issue: I was charged a fee that was supposed to be automatically reversed, but it never was. I've left my name and number with the appropriate personel and realized that it's been 3+ weeks and no one has called me back, left a voice, or reached out...
Read moreTERRIBLE! We were there to grab something to eat before our conference at 10 am. First the menu is tricky. I ordered smoke salmon and egg with hash brown. You would think it’s raw salmon on toast , you know that’s usually the case but they just have omelet wirh a few pieces of cooked salmon( hardly can see it ) on it - Menu should be like omelet wirh few pieces of cooked salmon-oh , Not to mention, we asked for a toast since food had no bread at all and when they charge us $4 for one piece of sourdough bread. Just one small piece. Rip off !!!When we told one of the waiter - server which was an Asian looking guy, he had attitude rolling eye kind of personally. Disappointing Experience Despite an Empty Restaurant
I waited over 10 minutes to be seated while the staff completely ignored me. The restaurant had only three tables occupied — it clearly wasn’t busy.
