Ok so this pizza is off the hook. We had the kitchen sink and it was so very good. Ok so this is a place that you must try. They are friendly and laid back. I’m glad that school was out because I’m sure this is a popular place among students in the area. The service was A1 even though she was the only one serving everyone there. She sat you got you water drinks and food without seeming rushed or us thinking it was taking to long. Bit of advice sitting by the windows is kind of cool temp wise so bring a sweater if you get cold like I do. They have a good variety of beers including a lot of local favorites and the usual suspects. We got a medium pizza and it was more than enough for 2 people but if you like having some later it will do just fine. Can’t even imagine what the large looked like lol. The pizza was great plenty of toppings and the crust was crispy and you could get that classic pizza fold. Now a story. We didn’t finish our pizza and we were just walking around with our pizza box and knowing that it was probably not going to get eaten we decided to give the remainer to a homeless guy which he gladly accepted. He promptly got a slice and had this look on his face that we had earlier. He had something he needed to do but he left his stuff there but didn’t leave the pizza he took it with him. So that tell you how good it was warm not hot like we had it. Made us smile too. So if your in the area and school in and don’t mind waiting a few this is a must try. Thank you to the staff for the warmth you displayed and the clean environment that you have. The bathrooms were very clean. They offered a veteran discount too.

So I came here after a referral from someone from a conference who ate here the previous day. My 4 friends and I were the only ones in the restaurant and it took us over 45 minutes to get our 4 mini pizzas. Our drinks were only refilled once. We asked to get our pizzas to go and get the checks since we had to return to our conference. It took our waiter 15 minutes post request to get us our tickets, and even then, it was only after we all got our credit cards out and waved them as a reminder we were ready. At this point, this is the 2nd of 3 restaurants I’ve been to in this area where the service is not just subpar, but borderline neglectful. I’m genuinely wondering if this is a culture in Tacoma? If so, I guess the experience was fine. But if you’re from somewhere else and expect to actually be waited on, it’s a horrible experience. That said, the pizza was absolutely INCREDIBLE and ALMOST made up for the poor service/long wait time. I got the Yeti and it was just absolutely superb. Best pizza I’ve had in a while.

Amazing pizza. We ate dine-in and the waitress was great, the atmosphere was nice and the food was amazing. We ordered a large The Kitchen Sink. It was great for two good aged kids and one adult to have plenty and leftovers to share. The pizza was outstanding, but we ordered the garlic on the side, which I think was a good call with one of my kids not liking too much spice. I never knew I had a preference for a type of crust until I ate here. Perfectly baked dough, crispy without much fuss. Not like the giant 'burden' of a crust many pizza joints will serve you. Also the atmosphere was nice. Alternative rock was playing and I genuinely told my kiddos that what was playing was one of my favorite songs 3 or 4 times, Bjork, Smashing Pumpkins, Everclear and others. It became a little comical how often I was saying it. Met one of the workers there on the way out. He started last week bit enjoys the place, so that's good. Definitely will return.

I'd love to give these guys a good review, the menu was wonderful the options were wonderful the building and the decor and the atmosphere was also wonderful. Unfortunately the service was so abominable I was never even able to place an order despite standing in the lobby holding a menu for over 20 minutes while employees just looked at me and walked right past me without addressing me. I even called ahead and asked about ordering because I was going to order 6 to 8 pizzas for a Christmas party this wasn't going to be a small order I wasn't walking in trying to spend $5.

The lobby also had several other people I was one of five people standing there waiting to either pick up an order or place an order.

It's just really unfortunate it looks like a really nice place but all of the people that were standing behind the counter, there was at least six employees on staff, one person was running around the tables one person was making food and the rest of them were just staring out at the crowd and looking at us in the doorway with expressionless dead looks on their face.

If you want some hospitable professional decent customer service and good pizza go to Puget Sound Pizza. That's where I went immediately after leaving this place. They were happy to see me they greeted me when I walked in, they were all smiles they were all polite, the entire time I was there four people came out of the back and each one of them smiled at me and acknowledged me unlike here. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague, if you want anybody that's going to be decent and have good customer service Look elsewhere. No matter how quality the food no matter how nice the menu or atmosphere it won't make it worth it when you have staff this careless and clueless and uninterested in...

Was really looking forward to trying this place. Let's start with my mom is wheelchair bound and this is a struggle for all of us to get to the restaurant and get seated. We got to the restaurant and as soon as I walked in I seen dirty tables. Was greeted by the person upfront and was told they have a 45 min wait for food to come out do to short staff, we completely understood and proceeded to sit at our table. During this time the guy who seated us is standing up front at the register not helping anyone at all yet, Not even 5 min pass by sitting at the table picking a pizza and we see a big party come in, so I let my brother know to go up and place the order so the 45 min wait is not longer. My brother goes up and waits for one of the people to place a order and then he starts to order, then the guy tells my brother he can't place a order because it has to be done at the table. I thought by going up to the same guy who is going to take our order anyways would be ok to place our order. Especially because they are so short staff. Feels like to me that this guy was working his tips better than the reputation of this restaurant. It was extremely rude to be told that our order will be placed after everyone's else's order is placed. Not just 1 or 2 customers. It was a party for a little league or something. Will never be returning to this restaurant at any location. We ended up leaving after that. We did not even place a order. We sat for a few minutes to wait while everyone else ordered and then decided this was mistreatment that we did not want. Nothing against the cook. Seemed like he was very busy, unlike the other guy. He shoulda been cleaning up them tables to make the place look presentable. Walk in and made it look...

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Everything that could've gone wrong, did. We had to go get our own drinks/refills at the bar, and after 2 hours of waiting for our pizza, we found out it was never put in. So we left.

After waiting about 20 min to get our order taken, we ordered 1 water, 2 beers and 1 large pizza. After another 20 min we finally got SOME of our drinks. We were missing my boyfriends beer. After 15 min, he got up went to the bar and asked for the beer he never received. The waitress was confident we had gotten both our beers. Aftter a back and forth for a minute or two she finally gave him his beer and said "you can keep the other one at the table" which he replied "yes.. of course.. that's my girlfriends beer.." After no attention for the rest of the night, we got up and asked for refills on our drinks at the bar. Our waitress' coworker was putting it in for us. Our waitress saw and told her to stop, not to put it in because she "already gave us beers"..... 30 min ago... We explained we just wanted refills. After we got our refill, it was a waiting game for our pizza. It has been 1 hour and 45 min at this point- the table of 4 next to us that came in 10 min before we did had just left because their order was never put in. As soon as they left, our waitress comes with "our pizza". It was not what we ordered. She said "oh yeah I thought this wasn't yours". She ran the pizza to another table. My bf and I were looking at each other like.. was OUR pizza never put in too? We went to the front, asked how much longer and found out the pizza we ordered was never put into the system. At 2 hours is when our server put the order in and we said no just cancel it. We're not gonna wait...
