Your general manager there needs fired! I can not believe how rude she is! My sandwich was wrong I took it up to be fixed she snatched it out of my hand tossed it in the trash and yelled at a young man in the back. The young lady at the registers eyes got as huge as mine when the lady did this so she was shocked to and apologized for her boss's behavior.(The only sorry I got) Then when the sandwich was handed back to me she almost tossed it right over the counter on to the floor because of the way she slung it on to the counter if I hadn't caught it that's where it would have went. After getting home it was still bothering me how I was treated so I called immediately and found out who she was a Lynn or Leneta and that this isn't the 1st time she has behaved this way. I will never come eat there again ..you have now lost my business. And I have called them out all over social media outlets! That's just not good business to be...

I used to love Arby’s, until the last time I went… I went through the drive through and ordered my usual… 2 classic roast beef’s with cheddar meals, one of the two with the market sliced cheddar, both large, with curly fries and one soda, one Jamocha shake. I didn’t check the order in the drive through because I’ve never really had an issue… well this time it was an issue. I got home and had 2 roast beef’s with cheddar, one has so much of the cheesy sauce it was soggy and covering the entire sandwich bread and all. The other had the normal amount, both were ice cold, and there was only half the amount of fries as normal and they tasted like the oil was 3 months old. Arby’s=great commercials and sub-par food. I haven’t tried Arby’s in 20-plus years. My previous experience was the same. I got the roast beef and cheddar back then and it was boring and definitely not what I would call a premium sandwich. I decided to give it another try today. I got the roasted turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I had to take the sandwich back because there was no cheese and the ranch was a tiny drop smaller than a penny. The new sandwich had the cheese but the sandwich was still so dry I had to choke it down with my tea. I wanted to leave this review on Arby’s corporate/main website since this seems to be a company-wide issue not just the one I dined at today.
