A Slice of Heaven at Fireside Pizza Dinner at Fireside Pizza was an experience I can only describe as magical. It’s not just another pizza place; it's a destination for anyone in search of culinary delight, especially for pizza and beer lovers. The pizzas here are simply delicious, a perfect blend of fresh ingredients, flavorful toppings, and a crust that strikes the ideal balance between crispy and chewy. Each bite was a testament to the care and skill that goes into their pizza-making. And the beers? They were the perfect complement to the meal – a diverse selection that caters to various tastes, each pairing wonderfully with the pizza. The staff at Fireside Pizza deserves a special mention. They were not only friendly but also efficient, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Their recommendations were spot on, and their service was attentive without being intrusive, making us feel both welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere of the place adds to its charm. It’s cozy and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a casual dinner, a night out with friends, or even a family meal. The ambiance strikes a lovely balance between lively and relaxed, making you want to linger longer than you planned. In conclusion, Fireside Pizza is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great pizza and beer in a friendly, welcoming environment. It’s a place that leaves you satisfied and already planning your next visit. Truly a delightful dining experience!

The food was so good! We got three pizzas and all were amazing! Our favorite was the pizza with cilantro and gouda cheese! We have several food allergies in our family and it’s hard to find places to eat and hard to find places that understand and are accommodating to our questions and concerns. This place was AWESOME in customer service along with being delicious! Our 15 year old daughter called the night before with questions. It sounded safe so we showed up for dinner the next evening. We asked several more questions and informed them of our allergies and they were SO great! We have soy, sesame, peanut and tree nut allergies. The kids couldn’t eat everything but most things were safe for them. The hostess asked the cooks and checked everything for us. They even informed us they would clean everything again knowing our allergies and cook our order separate to be sure. Our waitress double checked everything as well. This was AMAZING service. We rarely eat out, especially on vacation so this was a great treat! Thank you so much from a momma with kids who have food allergies!!

2023 As usual the food is great! This is one of our favorite places to eat when we visit the Lake Tahoe area. The views around Squaw Valley are breathtaking. It is between ski season and summer tourism which makes it very quiet. Sitting outside and relaxing with excellent food is a plus! 2024 It was an interesting day at Squaw (Tahoe Palisades). It was beautiful out with the sun shining. The mix of people was also interesting. There were people in ski clothing since the mountain was still open (next to last day) and everyone else in summer clothes listening to live music outside of Fireside. There was also a local craft fair at the same time. Our lunch was excellent while we sat outside listening to the music. My wife had a pear and Gorgonzola pizza, I had a margarita pie and my daughter had a Caesar salad and shared the pie with my wife. Our two dogs were with us and enjoyed the atmosphere as well. There are always a lot of furry friends at Squaw….

We were in the area for my daughter’s 10th birthday and we came here for dinner. We had a party of 11 and I called ahead hours before, to make sure they could seat 11 people with no problem , the girl on the phone assured me that they could. We show up for dinner and only wait like 10 minutes for our table, not bad at all; however when they seat us at the table , it’s absolutely ridiculous and not big enough for our party (if we want to eat comfortably without having each other’s elbows in our plates) so we ask for a bigger table , they suggest that we split up and half of us sit at another table which was not too far away from the original table but far enough that it was inconvenient for us. So eventually we just agree to have some of our party split up to the other table suggested. And as soon as we are able to order , the server lets us know that we are being moved to the bigger table ( okay cool) so that part is over , we’re finally at a good enough size table for our party (should’ve been done in the first place) now we to get to our server who was rude , inefficient spilled water on me and and all he said was “sorry” in the most not sorry way. The food was good and everything came out in good time. When it was time for a birthday cookie with ice cream, the server who brought it out LITERALLY just threw it on the table , said “here’s the birthday cookie” and walked away!! It was so incredibly rude and inconsiderate and just down right disrespectful. Now I have to say everybody in our party was happy with their meal , and I am not one to complain ;however the way the service made me and my family feel definitely deserves 1 star and we won’t be...

Wow, this place pleasantly surpassed my family's and my expectations!! We stayed at The Villages at Palisades Tahoe during their Brews, Jazz, Funk Fest this weekend. My party of 5 adults shared three large entrees:

Pear & Walnut Salad ($19) - mixed greens perfectly tossed with balsamic dressing with juicy pear and candied walnuts; walnuts and Bosc pear were delicious but could have put more than 1/2 pear, fyi comes with gorgonzola cheese if you're not a fan of blue cheese

Thai Curry Chicken Pizza ($36) - made fresh to order, sweet yellow curry base with fresh tomatoes and yellow bell peppers with dollops of mascarpone cheese; the dough was sweet and delicious - i usually don't like to eat crust but i left no scraps, def checks off my crust, sauce, and cheese criteria

Spaghetti Bolognese ($23) - al dente pasta with generous meat portions, creamy sauce but not overwhelmingly heavy

Water - so apparently their water is sourced from the mountains and it was so refreshing and clean, no nasty hard water here

The staff were courteous and welcoming despite the festivities outside and within the restaurant. Inside decorations was cozy and reminded me of a rustic cabin. Ambiance-wise, the table next to us were a bit loud and kept setting off my watch's "Noise Alarm" with decibels reaching 90 (so watch out for young kids??). Parking-wise, there's ample parking within the lot out front - overall, wheelchair accessible but might be difficult in the snow. This place deserves to be a staple if you happen to be in North Lake Tahoe region.

Oh yeah, they charge you a resort fee and some NLT tax so it's so negligible, it's barely...
