Scroll to the bottom for my MUST-DO recommendations at Palisades Tahoe! Had the BEST experience at @palisadestahoe last week for a much needed mountain getaway trip! And it was so easy to get to from SoCal. We hit the slopes with our @ikonpass and the top of the line demo skis they hooked us up with 🎿 We stayed at the base of the mountain at Palisades Village in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, fireplace and a private balcony with stunning, up close and personal views of the mountain. The convenience and amenities of the village = 10/10! With countless restaurants, bars, shopping, cafes and wine/grocery markets, we were steps away from anything we ever wanted or needed. And the luxury of having unlimited access to 8 outdoor hot tubs and saunas and multiple fitness facilities, was a perk I took advantage of every day after skiing 😎 With a 24 hr concierge, your own personal storage ski locker, ski-in, ski-out access to the mountain, heated underground parking, and so much more, they’ve truly thought of every possible detail. Thank you Palisades Tahoe & Ikon Pass for the amazing time and memories, I promise we’ll be back VERY soon!! Do yourself a favor and get an Ikon Pass and get up to Palisades Tahoe so you can experience it for yourself! You’ll thank me later ;) #ikonpass #palisadestahoe My personal recommendations for the village at Palisades Tahoe: 1. Go to the outdoor hot tubs on the second floor of building #4 before the slopes close to get a head on view of skiers and boarders coming down ‘Red Dog Face’ run 2. Go to Tremigo’s for the best margaritas and Mexican food (they have vegan options too!) 3. Join the outdoor après party at Le Chamois and order the Ginger Grass cider 4. Get a glass of vino at Uncorked Wine Bar 5. Go to Sun Bowl Açaí for breakfast and order the ‘Almond Power’ smoothie 6. Go to Rocker for lunch and get the ‘California Harvest Bowl’ 7. Take the Aerial Tram down from the mountain for a stunning yet butterfly inducing ride and Birds Eye view of the valley and mountain 8. Take an aerial yoga class at Palisades Yoga **Dont forget to bring your Ikon Pass as it unlocks tons of discounts all over the village!

The only ski & splitboard competition to mix uphill mastery with downhill skill returns in one week. #RedBullRaid is going down Friday, March 18. The comp will be held in CII Bowl off Headwall. Spectators are encouraged, so come cheer on the local skiers & riders from Lost Lake Loop!

Terrible experience here. Açaí bowl had nothing that was meant to be in there and it was 1/8 of the bowl. We told them there was a spoonful of açaí and that’s nothing. They said they’d only add more if we pay $3. We ordered a coffee. They have a machine you make yourself and have no coffee option we asked why we paid for coffee when they only have espresso, they did not care. $9 smoothie is the size of a small coffee at Starbucks. We won’t be coming back and it’s really a bummer to spend $30 for this.

Got the dragon fruit bowl and the hibiscus pineapple drink. Dragon fruit açaí bowl seemed to be a premade bowl in the freezer with fruit sprinkled on top and rock hard goji berries. The hibiscus pineapple drink was practically undrinkable and tasted like spoiled pineapple. Also bought 2 yerba mate drinks which were $6 each - not disclosed until checkout. You’re better off going somewhere else if you’re looking for a...

Mediocre, at best. The food was good however the rice was a bit hard maybe even old but it was edible. They also gave the smallest pieces of fish, and I even added extra protein, still small. Now pricing, it’s expensive!! I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say that raw fish being shipped miles away from sea is going to be expensive on their part, but for $23 (without adding protein) a bowl there needs to...
