June 16th, 2023, around 8:30pm or so. I walked in to grab a quick beer while I wait for family to arrive. The venue was lively. Took a little bit to get the attention of someone, but it's fine, they're all busy I suppose. I was finally able to ordered a beer from the female bartender, one of 2 bartenders there, that i can tell.
The problem came after my check arrived. I signed, and gave back the receipt--however, i noticed my card was not there. I inquired the bartender, and at first she appeared genuine and looked around the counter. I checked my immediate area and the floor multiple times, using my phone's flashlight. I know i did not drop it, it's not like i was drunk or i was busy socializing with anyone--I was just by myself. I even checked my pockets and wallet, not there. I asked the bar tender girl again and if she can check her side and look at the back counter, i noticed she threw stuff back there after others ordered. She said it's not back there, without really looking, then she just left and ignored me. I asked the other guy bartender, and he was just like, ask her, she's the one helping me. No one acted like they really cared, and they all seemed to think that i lost the card and was making things up. I waited for a while trying to get their attention while i drink my beer, probably a good 30min. Finally, at the end, i needed to go and asked if i can give them my info to call me if they find my card. And what do you know...she found my card out of thin air. No apologies to me whatsoever, from anyone.
I would have let this go and not have even remember to make this review, only that today, on 7/31/23, i see suspicious charges on my card. Im not saying this was the bartender's doing, it likely isnt. But i wouldn't be suspicious if the events of that night in June, the bartenders would acted like they cared a bit and not brush me off like i was trying to scam a beer out of them or something.

Read moreAbysmal. Maybe worst service I’ve ever experienced. You walk in and there is no hostess in sight. No signage indicating how to order or where to sit. No biggie we figure -- we grab a beer at the bar and sit in two of the many empty seats nearby. Entire swaths of empty tables -- at least half of the establishment’s tables are unoccupied. In a couple min a server(?)/hostess(?) taps me on shoulder and very rudely scolds us for sitting -- “these seats have an hour wait”. Doesn’t give us any direction on how we might get on that waiting list, or where we might instead be able to chill with our beers. We of course apologize and move, but to where? Feeling more than unwelcome, we squeeze uncomfortably standing into the narrow barfront where a long line of patrons is now trying to order. While standing there, we saw several other patrons make the same mistake as us: ordering from the bar and taking one of the dozens of empty tables in the place and getting scolded for it. Get some signage and get some management that knows how to run a restaurant. Hour wait at a place with 50% empty tables? Lol. Needless to say we didn’t bother ordering food or even...
Read moreSuper disappointed in this place. After being on the mountain all morning we were starving and this looked like a great place. It was not busy at all when we sat down and we ordered pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We ordered an appetizer of brussel sprouts and after sitting there for almost 30 minutes, I asked our server about them. She told me "the last time she was back there she didn't see them". She proceeded to visit other tables for 15 minutes and never went to check on our food, we saw her the whole time. We were getting ready to leave when another server finally brought us out food, all at the same time. The brussel sprouts were cold and undercooked. After we were almost finished with our meal, our original server finally made an appearance at our table. She could tell we were not happy even though we didn't give details, and she took the brussel sprouts off our tab and gave a discount for the wait. We are grateful she did that for us, but we will never...
