I arrived at approximately 12:35pm and I ordered a chicken bowl w/extra chicken, guacamole and side tortilla. Within minutes, I informed the cashier that my chips were extremely stale. I was given another bag of chips. However, I returned at 1:45pm and asked to speak with a manager regarding my food. I explained to her that the chicken had no seasoning and was very dry. At this moment, she refused to believe that I was not satisfied instead she blatantly stated that Chipotle chicken will never be unseasoned because it’s seasoned with salt. During this time, I asked for her name because she was not wearing a name badge nor was I going back and forth about being dissatisfied with my food. Instead of providing her name she handed me a business card and stated to call the manager “Kierra Hicks” because she doesn’t have to provide me her name. Then, she turns to speak loudly with her associate about the situation while I’m standing there to receive a refund. Also, she did not know how to refund my money so she called someone on the phone to walk her through the process. So, I will definitely give Kierra a call because of the employee’s poor customer service and unprofessionalism. A brief description of the employee is, an African American woman, wearing braids or plaits, mid 20’s, short, and medium build. Read moreI visit this location 3 times over the weekend! and today was unbelievable whom ever owns this location definitely needs to send staff to training regarding customer service cleanliness and keeping the food fresh and stock accordingly! It shouldn’t be a problem I inform manger the day prior there’s a problem with the guacamole with other cold bar items mixed in etc. today no veggies was available so I asked if I could have some fresh veggie’s since the container was empty that individual had a attitude her coworker asked what did i want and she looked at me I’m sure she recognize me from the day before l! the individual whom stated she was the manager did not display leadership skills. the line worker had a attitude and another of her her coworker laugh and shared his phone screen with her while she prepared food on the workstation he then begin to prepare food for his friends and tarry in conversation while I waited for him to ring my food at this point I did inform him this is the worst service ever and I took notice of the Bs and energy of him and the other individuals working! it’s Sad the lack of respect individual have for others and communities. Read moreI dont like this location. The staff does not recognize their customers when they come in. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now because I have to wait until 11:30 for my pick up order that should have been ready at 10:30. When I went to pick up my food, me and another customer walked in together. 2 other people walked out with nothing. The guy that held the door for me went to the hot bar to have his food prepared, and the tall, slim white guy told him something that I didn't hear, and he left. I'm standing at the checkout counter waiting to get my food, and NOBODY acknowledged me for about 3 minutes, and there were 3 workers right there in front of me. So I said loud but polite, "Good morning, I'm here to pick up an order for Erica!". This is the 2nd time I've been in here where I've had to initiate conversation about me picking up my food. There is no manager to talk to. The staff is always irritated. I just dont understand why they even open their doors to accept customers if they are not ready to do business.
