Natural Kitchen (Poke & Bubble Tea) — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Terrible spot here. I have a problem with drinks having too many textures that not supposed to be there. I either gag or throwup. I got the peach green tea with lychee poppers. There were also jelly chunks at the bottom. I asked for a new drink because there are jelly chunks that shouldn't be there (Goes back to too many textures going on). Staff told me that those jelly junks are in the peach syrup itself. What syrup has chunks in it? Was told I need to pay for a new drink and that the chunks are shown in a picture. I looked around trying to find said picture and did not find one with jelly chunks in the drink! Why when I'm not even able to drink the first one? No.

Edit** Now they said that it was pulp. Please tell me what pulp has jelly like texture. It was literally blended up junks of jelly, like...

Best boba I’ve ever had!! The poke bowls are high quality too. Everything tastes authentic and homemade. The issue is the frequency of product inconsistency and they tend to be argumentative if you ask for it to be corrected. For instance, I always get green tea with honey popping boba, half sweet. And frequently it’s been crazy sweet or not sweet at all. When I said something they told me I ordered it wrong. Another time they gave me mango popping boba instead of honey. It was very tangy, like mango, and did not taste good with the drink. When I said something, the girl was visibly annoyed and insisted it was not mango- even though I get the honey every time and I know what it tastes like. I’ve avoided returning for this reason. The short Asian girl with a name tag that says Jenny ( probably not her real name ) made a bubble tea that was gross and not what I ordered. I paid with a credit card and the other girl rang me up,.. when I signed the slip she asked the other chick if I left a tip!...Rude The next day I had a friend who was going to eat there but when they walked in “Jenny “ was picking her nose and on her cell phone speaking Chinese and was rude. So my friends left and ate somewhere else. 2 days later another person I know said they found a roach 🪳 in there Poke bowl. Definitely not going back...
