The Plant is one of those Little Wonders that no city should be without. It is run on the Open Studio Model, and is a public all-access Art Studio, Gallery, and Performance/Meeting Space, where members of the general public can come in and work on art projects, display their work, attend meetings of various progressive groups, and socialize.
The Owner/Manager is an art professor, Doctor Paul Rutkovsky, (who has taught at Harvard, MIT, and FSU), and there's a community of students, local volunteers, other helpers, and patrons.
