Culver’s — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Definitely not impressed after my first visit. I pulled in just from seeing the flavor of the day. First while in the drive thru there was too much background noise. Then the female talking my order tells me of I see something other than my order on the screen that it is because get manager is on the register or something. Then she immediately gets distracted while I'm giving my order. I ask what size is displayed (asking if that is a small) and twice all she could say was you cam choose 1 or 2 scoops clearly not listening to me. I pay them I'm told to pull by the stop sign to wait since all I got was the ice cream (not told to pull in a park). Suddenly I'm left waiting over 5 minutes and cars behind me get their order. I'm forced to ask a runner about my order for 2 scoops of ice cream waiting longer than people who ordered food. As a customer that's been to multiple Culver's in different cities, I'm beyond disappointed at my experience in this new location. Please fix it! This visit sucked & it was not busy and...

I ordered my food at 8:57pm, and i sat at the drive thru and started to notice people before me were getting their food, but i wasnt. At around 9:25pm, i called one of the employees over asking for a refund. She said “let me get my manager. What was the name for your order?” I told her, and she said “oh! I saw your order back there. Let me go get it for you.” She brings me my food (was not my whole order) and tells me her manager will be over shortly. A few minutes later, the manager arrives, and i tell her it took me 30 minutes to get my food and it was not my whole order, so i would like a refund. She tells me she can remake my food for me and give me a free value basket coupon. I told her she didnt have to remake my food for me, and I would rather have the refund. She asks for my meal back (i assumed it was to get a look at my reciept) and my debit card. Ten minutes later, another employee gives me my debit card back, and did not give me my food back, so i spent 50 minutes in the drive thru...

It was my first time eating at any Culver’s. I admit I was in a very big rush so I didn’t take enough time to go over the menu much . I quickly decided on a combo : single cheese burger with mayo , ketchup and the grilled onions. I usually ask for extra everything because most place don’t put a lot of. Wow !!! The mayo was dripping off of the bun as was the ketchup ( not as much as mayo ). I only saw maybe 3 small onions . I WAS SO EXCITED TO SEE ALL THAT MESS DRIPPING EVERYWHERE !! That’s exactly like I like my burgers . Very friendly employees. My food was always received in a very quick manner . I will return when I head back Tallahassee and take my time .
