I'm given this location two stars, but only because the food they were actually able to serve was decent.
We came in with a group of five (two adults, three kids). When we got there, one of the staff members had a girlfriend/spouse sitting in a booth. That part isn't unusual. What's unusual is that she and the staff member were having a conversation that spanned across the entire restaurant and was going on while the staff member was working. The staff member left with his girlfriend/spouse a few minutes after we got there, but only after she climbed upon and stood on the back of a booth to unplug her phone that had been plugged into the same plug as the Jimmy John's logo sign. It was pretty obvious that this kind of thing happens very regularly.
When we ordered, they were out of Italian meats. They were apparently very low in pickles and unable to add more to the Cuban sandwich I ordered. They were also out of Dijon mustard. The restaurant didn't seem understaffed, but it took 18 minutes to make three sandwiches (I guess the "freaky fast" days have passed for this location).
But hat wasn't even the craziest part. My wife asked for some napkins since there weren't any at the tables or fountain. They gave her two napkins and said that's all they were allowed to give. Now, I know that there are supply issues right now. But I have NEVER seen a restaurant rationing napkins. They saw that we had a group of five and gave us TWO. I mean, seriously, if you're that hard up, close the doors.
Additional note: Just before we left, the staff member who left earlier returned to work without...
Read moreI eat at various Jimmy Johnâs about once a week and have always received excellent service by friendly employees. My first bad experience happened at this location. The person taking my order cut me off and 2 minutes later she came back on the speaker and I started my order again. She read it back to me and it was incorrect so I repeated my sandwich order. At the window she didnât even look at me. The only words spoken were the dollar amount I owed. Not even a thank you. Found a nice spot nearby to eat my lunch in my car and opened it up to find it contained mayo when I asked for no mayo, she repeated the no mayo order and the receipt showed NO MAYO. I walked back into the restaurant and the manager happened to be at the counter and I showed him the issue. He said âI doubt itâ when I said my sandwich was made wrong and opened it up and said âI donât see any mayoâ so I told him to look under the tomatoes. They made me a new sandwich. Iâve never been to a restaurant where the manager scrutinized the customerâs complaint in this manner. I filled out a customer service survey a week ago but have heard nothing. Iâm very disappointed with this place and would recommend you get your Jimmy Johnâs fix at any of their...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I actually would, but judging by others reviews on this place management probably does not care how poorly they do in this industry. I have given this particular Jimmy Johns several chances (I work nearly and usually need to order delivery). The past two experiences were AWFUL and I will make sure to NEVER go here again. Not even if my life depended on it. I ordered from here not too long ago and found PLASTIC inside my sandwich. When I called to let the manager know that this is a hazard (I didn't even want a refund or other sandwich) she told me I was lying and that they don't keep plastic in their store. Plain RUDE. Management sucks!!!! Then after a while she admitted that they do indeed keep saran wrap in store and that's what it was. Today I wanted to give them one more chance and found a hair in my sandwich! I am not even going to call and complain because management would not do anything or will probably call me a liar again. I have 0 appetite right now. I am disgusted. This place is probably FILTHY.
DO NOT GO...
