The ONLY reason I'm giving this restaurant 1 star is because they served me spoiled shrimp. The waiter was nice. The michelada was great. The chips and salsa didn't disappoint. But then I was served the shrimp quesadilla I was so disappointed I went through anger, sadness, and disgust all within about 10 minutes. I didn't want to tell the waiter but then I felt I needed to, so I did. He was respectful. I told him I would still pay for it. I didn't care about the money. I just wanted to get out of there. I didn't even finish my michelada. To his credit he did tell me that he agreed it was bad, proceeded to tell me there was some reason, then said he would let his people know. Also to his credit I forgot my earphones inside and he chased me down to return them. That's a good man. He didn't have to do that. But unfortunately I cannot forgive the spoiled shrimp. That's on the owner, manager, and cook. Food is a personal business. Food goes inside of us and once we swallow that's pretty much it. I gave him my plate and encouraged him to smell it. The smell was rancid. There was no second guessing. I did eat a small piece and so far (it's been an hour) I'm fine. I kicked myself in the butt for not smelling it first. New town, new restaurant, not a lot of traffic inside. My instincts told me to smell it. Thank heavens I did. It was also like 91 degrees outside and was walking so I would have been put in a bind trying to get home if I were to have gotten sick. I'm still shaking my head in disappointment. I have huge respect for Mexican food and culture, and this doesn't change a thing. For the love of cooking food please, Pancho's, reconsider your supplier or food storage process. Remember spoiled shrimp can kill. Yes it's rare but still please be more considerate in the future.

The burst of flavor in my Mexican dishes were Surreal and everlasting! The Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos Left Me Yearning For More . The Soft Tortillas Were Packed With Freshness From The Lettuce Down To The Seasoned Fish ! I Also Went Ahead and grabbed the Fresh ceviche as an appetizer and I was shocked on how amazing it tasted die to Other Restaurants letting me down , but Pancho’s came through and delivered, the lime was just the right amount and it came packed with multiple fish pieces . Not Only Was The Food Itself was great but the Service was quick and very nice and friendly . I would highly recommend coming here because I know i sure will be visiting again very soon .

Absolutely delicious al pastor street tacos (and not greasy like some others I've had in town). I'm on a mission to try all the al pastor street tacos in town, and I think these are at the top of the list so far. Black beans that came with it were also very good. Hubby got the Texas nachos that come with chicken, steak & shrimp, and they were super good as well. This was our first time there tonight, but it definitely won't be our last! *UPDATE* after a few years, we've returned many times for many meals and even ordered takeout a few times as well. Continues to be yummy!

What a disappointment! I put in my order to go and when I got there, they hadn't even started it because of a computer problem. Well, stuff happens, so I'm not too upset. Then the server tells me they don't have choriqueso because they don't have chorizo. What? A Mexican grill without chorizo when it is on their menu in several places? I should have canceled right then. So, the queso would be ok as a substitute, but she didn't even offer a refund on the price difference. The queso was just boring and bland and the chips were not salted.

After waiting, I got my food and took it home. Awful. My friend 's dinner, the Arrachera, was practically inedible with gristle and fat. The corn tortillas were hard, stale, and cold. My food, the seafood Fajitas, was also horrible. The mahi-mahi was hammered. I don't mean just a little over, it was FISH JERKY! Hard pieces of hockey pucks that my dogs had problems chewing. The shrimp were ok, just a little over, but the scallops were MIA. No chorizo and no scallops? Who does the ordering for this place because they forgot the chorizo and scallops this week! And don't even get me started on the lack of seasoning or spice. Bad, bad, bad Mexican food.

If you want good Mexican food, please don't think you can find it here. Go to one of the local taco trucks in the area. Much better food at a much more...

The food presentation was lovely until we took a bite. There was absolutely no seasoning WHATSOEVER. Not even salt & pepper. I had the Beef Taco Salad & the bottom of my basket was watery on the parchment paper that sogged the too old & overdone taco shell. Not one hint of cilantro or any sort of taco flavor. The other order was Enchilada rice & very very unflavored watery beans. Each lunch selection was $8 & 2 drinks of soda were $7. We have learned not to send the food back. It was edible but like eating soggy paper. It pains me to write this but Panchos you really need to get a cook & step up ur game. We would have come back again cause we love Mexican ❤️ food. The server was a young lady that made this lunch date of ours bearable. Don't spend ur hard earned money unless u just want to chew on something. So extremely disappointed. We ate there 7/12. I can't even think of giving them a 2nd chance unless we order water that's not $3.50 a pop to wash this unpleasant food down. Seriously. TY the salsa was watery & no FLAVOR. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE...IT'S SALSA. THE CHIPS were old & cold without any salty crackle to...
