I wouldn’t even put one star if I had a choice. I had an issue before with the woman manager because I wanted a few more banana peppers on my sub, which caused a whole dilemma. The General Manager (older gentleman) solved that issue and is always nice when I come in, usually he’s there so I haven’t had any issues lately but today was my last straw. One of the employees made a mistake making my sandwich. That’s ok, it happens, the only problem I had was how they reacted. I tried the sauce that was placed on by accident and I wasn’t going to speak up since there was an issue last time but thankfully my friend was there to do so. This place needs to be shut down, the woman manager tried to rub off the wrong sauce that was placed on the sub, which had already absorbed into the bread. Picture someone smearing their hands all over your sub or any food, would you eat it? Though she had gloves on the sub was already ruined and tossed around. The employee also never apologized, why hire people who don’t care about their job? How do you expect to have customers when you keep treating people horribly. Read moreI am literally SO upset with this Subway this morning. I do not know where to start. There's a breakfast combo for $5.00. I get the turkey egg and cheese combo with a drink because I do not eat the bacon or the ham. I get it every week at the Subway by my doctor. I go here for the first time today because it is much closer and was more convenient today. The first thing I noticed the same combo was more expensive. No big deal it wasn't that much. I order the same thing that I get at the other Subway and they tell me that's not an available combo at their store for reasons no one could explain. Not even the manager. I ended up paying what I usually pay for the combo just for the Flatbread and had to pay for my drink separately. I pull off and they didn't even add the egg! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and was literally starving so I turn around so they could fix it and was charged another dollar! Customer service was horrible. The manager acts like she was mad at me. I ended up paying double what I usually pay! I will never again spend one cent at this place!! I will drive 2 hours to the next Subway and this one is 3 minutes down the road. Read moreI went through the drive thru today (04/21/21) and first I was told to hold on, and I was fine with that and then they returned they asked me how they could help me. I answered saying I will get a tuna sub, then they asked what cheese I wanted on it.
I answered that and then was asked if I wanted it toasted with the tuna on it. I responded that I wanted just the bread toasted not the tuna. Then was very rudely told, “Next time, say that.” I was fine with that but then I realized I had never been to this subway and wasn’t sure whether or not tuna was just automatically assumed not to be toasted due to it being cold.
