McDonald's — Restaurant in Tamarac

I don’t ever do this for anything, About two years ago I stopped eating McDonald’s altogether! I remember when they used to sell Pizza in the happy meal....I could recite the lyrics of the commercial! Ordered my normal quarter pounder with cheese, it came out raw, this would be the first time in 36 years I remember returning anything ! When the next one came out it came out raw,Eat my steak rare, I don’t mind Blood, but not a McDonald’s quarter pounder! This literally made me stop eating there due to being totally turned off! Then one magical day I was introduced to the bacon cheese fries, lockdown!!! you got me again! Well tonight they couldn’t put cheese on my bacon cheese fries? Why would you give me the fries with just bacon? I did not complain last week when they told me that apple pies are made to order, that I would have to wait 12 minutes, I responded can I just buy them not baked, and I’ll cook it myself, they said absolutely not! I don’t understand why they would say we make them to order! I don’t understand why they would say we make Them to order? My opinion is that They are trying to defer me from buying them! Because let’s be real, what is really 12 minutes when you think about it? It’s not like I haven’t waited longer than that for french fries! All I’m saying is I’ll never go back, And I mean McDonalds altogether! And I challenge corporate to test me on my debit card statements to see what I spend there a week!!! After the day I had all I wanted was bacon “'CHEESE” fries! Really? Give me bacon and no cheese , I’m livid! I also have a video time stamped! And because I’m being blatantly honest, the staff there hates the customers, I am more terrified than drive-through employees then a great white shark , so I am extremely polite, and they are extremely nuts!...

Let me give the disclosure that i'm not writing this after one bad experience, but many.

This McDonald's used to be great! Unfortunately this establishment has taken a huge smelly dump all over their customer service, as well as the consistency of there food as time has gone on.

The first instance was going through the drive through, then waiting 10 minute for an employee to take my order, then leaving as I was waisting my time. This happened another couple times soon after. Even when they do give you the time of day, they still take as long as 20-25 minute to get you through the drive threw, with only a hand full of other customers.

Today I decided to go inside to see if it would be a better experience. NOPE!!!

I assumed that they were short staffed when going through drive threw before because of the time it took. However, I walked in to see plenty of employees. More then enough to speedily take my order, the few others in the drive threw, and in the restaurant with me. Yet again, it took 20-25 minutes. Employees were talking to each other, and paying no attention to new customers walking in, and they were generally rude to each other, and standing around not working. Over all, they appeared to have no care about what they're hired to do.

The food was also very poorly put together, and I had many customers who came several minutes after me get their food before myself. Let me also point out that I'm ordering food for just me. So my order isn't crazy, big enough, or extravagant enough for this to make sense.

I will not be going to this McDonald's again.Cleary their management is poor as no one appears to care about serving customers, even at a mediocre level! I've given them so many second chances, and it's a shame as it very conveniently located for me. Thanks for wasting whats probably several precious...

I decided that after today's experience, I'm never giving this establishment another penny of my money.

I usually stop here for breakfast at least 2-3 times a week. My order is pretty simple and I usually have water with my meal. Today, while in drive through, I was informed the restaurant had no water to provide me. I thought, How can a restaurant be open to cook and clean if there is no water?? So I informed the drive through person I will take my order without the water. She then told me she would provide me with a bottle of water. I thought this was nice of her.

Next is where it started to go wrong. Please note, the person taking my order did a great job, I wish I could have gotten her name to separate her from this incident. However the person giving me my order at the window was not the same person as I saw them both.

The person giving me my order looked at me, laughed at me and threw my order at me. When I looked at her straight in her eyes with an expression of what are you doing, she turned around and ignored me. The lady who took my order said to the rude employee to give him a bottle of water. The rude employee refused. The order taker again asked politely to give him a bottle of water, the rude employee then stated oh you mean "her" and continued to laugh at me. The rude employee finally got the bottle and again threw it into my hand, turned around and laughed again. I didnt say anything but drive off instead.

As stated, I usually frequented this place and have seen and had many dealings this rude window person. She never thanks the customer for coming, always looks at me like I'm an annoyance to her, etc. Unfortunately I wont ever come back to this place because of this one employee.
