Bella Roma Pizza is a true gem in Tampa! I've been on the hunt for authentic, classic New York-style pizza, and this place absolutely delivers. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the most amazing aroma of fresh dough, sauce, and cheese. The pizza itself is fantastic. The crust is exactly what you want: thin, crispy on the outside, and perfectly chewy. It holds up well without being too stiff. I ordered a classic pepperoni, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. The sauce has a great, fresh tomato flavor, and the pepperoni cups up and gets those little crispy edges. You can tell they use high-quality cheese, too. Beyond the pizza, I also tried their wings, and they were surprisingly some of the best I've had in a while. They were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. It’s clear this is a family-run business that takes pride in their food and their customers. This is a great pizza and now my go-to pizza place. I feel like this is what S Tampa needed. I had a feeling it was going to be good because it didn’t weigh a ton when I was handed the box and it smelled clean and fresh. I had trouble classifying what style it was, but would put it somewhere between New York Style and Neapolitan. The ingredients tasted fresh and of better than average quality. The thing I like most about it was it was just good, clean, simple pizza – it wasn’t trying to be annoyingly unique and didn’t weight you down with salty, garbage ingredients.
