I’m sorry but this Dunkin Donuts needs better help. I place my Order inside. I was the only one at the counter so I figured my order should not take long. Well it did. I placed my order at 10:53 AM. Walk down to the other counter to wait down there app for my food all I ordered was a sourdough sandwich. I didn’t get my food till 1105. And they were busy through the drive-through but the inside wasn’t busy and you had several girls standing around showing each other their cell phones and conversations and such and laughing. And what until the girl that was doing the sandwiches said hey I need some help over here I’ve got all these orders. And then finally one of the girls that was standing around showing her cell phone to another coworker said it well I guess I better go over there and help her. Seriously this is totally uncalled for. And here’s another one why are you get one star. Went there today and September 19, 2022 sign says they open at 5am in the Dinning room. It’s 5:36 am doors are locked. Update today Monday 3/27/23 at 5:15 am I walk in and the store is slow. I walk up to the register no Good Morning no acknowledge that I’m even there. Girl behind the counter is putting donuts in a box. Doesn’t say, hey I’ll be with you in a minute or anything. Finally she is done and closes the box. She is pushing buttons on the register and still no acknowledgment towards me. Then she tell’s another coworker how do I unlock the register. Co worker comes over and still no acknowledgment to me . They unlock the register and the co worker walks away. The other young lady then pulls the cash drawer out and starts counting the til. And still No acknowledgment. Read moreI visited the Dunkin' donuts at Brittian Plaza many times previously. Today is my LAST visit to this store. Upon entering, we inadvertently passed the kiosk, as did another couple. We both perused the delicious display of donuts for 4-5 minutes, as 3 employees attended to drive-in customers. A young man approached, turning away from us focusing on something else. Swinging his arm backward and point, uttered you have to order back there! We both turned, to locate "back there" ordering station. The other couple ordered (a time later they left with a box of donuts), and we checked kiosk application. Eshuing the coffee and drinks we were about to order, (wanted to clarify with employee, but didn't DARE), we ordered 2 donuts, deciding to take them to Starbucks for coffee. The kiosk read "pay here, pick up order AND RECEIPT at counter". A lady bagged our donuts, announced them and placed them on the counter, scurrying off to consult in the back of store with others. I waited for about 4 minutes as they joked at the back of the store, prior to calling out, waving and getting the ladys attention. All three returned to the counter as I requested a receipt, as kiosk directed. She stated "If you ordered over there, I can't give you a receipt, I don't know HOW". I directed my quiry to the other two employees, and they stood there with a a quizzical look, as if I had asked for directions to MARS. At this point I replaced my wallet into my back pocket with tip still residing inside it, and exited the store, of which I shall not return. #expression (#2) In this dear moment, Kaitlyn Annaglicia while I was at Dunkin donuts. I met these server's whom assisted me with my order & to be honest it was exactly phenomenal. The backstory is I had forgot to get oat milk instead of dairy milk for my cold foam matcha frozen drink. So, I had to go back & get my order corrected but, the something was wrong with machine. These two server's literally went beyond & asked me even to replaced my to my re-'commendations & even offered their expertise of which would be a great recommendation of a choice for me to enjoy & Yes! I did enjoy whatsoever. What I enjoyed about the experiences is how they both acknowledge my exact needs. How, they not only fixed my order but, also aidede in giving me suggestions which I would also recommended in general. They also had great customer services of even multitasking having a conversation with me inquiring aboyt anything else if I had inquiries. I would recommend anyone being served dearly be served these two awesome worker's in general.
