I’ve always had issues at this Dunkin’ Donuts but it’s clearly gotten worse. Either my order is incomplete, wrong, not made as it shld be (per menu) or cold. The (semi) new owners don’t seem to care about the reputation of their business and lack competency. Employees alike. My latest order, today, was an egg & cheese croissant. I ended up with bacon egg and cheese on gooey soggy smashed bread that barely resembled a croissant. I ordered this because this facility claimed they “no longer carry” the tomato pesto grilled cheese. Which is a crock. I order it all the time from, not only this DD, but others as well. & it’s still on their menu 🤷🏻♀️ I stopped ordering it from this one because it was like they premade it and kept it in a fridge. It was never made right and always cold & the bread rock hard. And, all but refused, to correct the order when returned. They actually made me wait almost 20 mins for it to be remade (warmed) once they were done with a group (of their race) that came in after me. How hard is it to toast bread, slice tomatoes, slap on a piece of cheese, spread pesto & put it all together? Or warm it up for that fact? 🙄 Not like I wanted my money bk. I simply wanted my food not to be cold. I started driving the extra 15 min to other DD where I know I’d get what I ordered, fresh & hot. Unfortunately, my husband doesn’t have the patience to drive that far when we have this one so close. He learned his lesson today. I ended up giving him my food after 2 bites. (It was that bad) & he ended up throwing it all away after he tried his & saw mine. & of course, I refused to call or return it bcuz they’ve already proven they lack the care of their customers. We will NEVER go to this DD again. Not until a new owner comes in or another business replaces it, which seems to be most likely. The Baskin Robbins attached isn’t any better. I still take my son there every now and again for the kids cup. Most of the time they don’t even have the supplies for the cups; shark, dolphin, etc, But for them to charge over $4 for a single scoop of ice cream is ridiculous. Especially when you’re not even getting the decoration with the cup, which is really what you’re paying for, right?
All in all, save your time & sanity. Equally, I do good & bad reviews when deserved. Don’t give them your business. Go a little further to the next one. I’ll vouch for that one. It may be out of the way but you’ll get what you want & paid for. Not to mention, less time hassling over bs they’ll surely...

When the young Lady & her “mama” is working it’s ALWAYS an issue. The Arabs/indians group. Not sure what they are. They fill the drinks with ice to where you are literally getting ICE and maybe two sips of an actual drink. and when asked to have no ice they attempt to charge more. Refreshers are always too sweet, and she actually said one time that it’s pre made and kept in the back so maybe this one had been made awhile. Like whattttt? Not to mention, Every Dunkin I go to they give my dogs a pup cup when they see them, sometimes I ask for them but almost every other time the worker just offers it to us. Today I was there and asked for one & they attempted to charge me $2.15 for pup cup….2 tiny cups of whip cream. I told them we have NEVER been charged for pup cups and she proceeded to want to argue saying they have always charged for them. I was on a time crunch and needed to go back to work and told them to just give me my order and not to worry about it. Shorty held my order because SHE wanted to get a manager to ask them this question which I clearly told her not to worry about. I’m so glad I am changing, the old me would have dragged her through that drive through window without even thinking twice. I have asked for a water with a drink I purchased and when I looked on the receipt they had charged me $1 for water lol, like EVERYWHERE water is free. Read moreI have never written a review on anything but I'm so irritated I felt inclined to. Yesterday around 11:30 I got two mocha lattes and my order was repeated at the speaker. After being told to pull up at the second window and wait 5 minutes for my coffees I got them and went on my way to pick up hubby and run errands. Got on the highway and hubby notices no mocha in his latte, I taste mine and sure enough no mocha but we were not going to turn around at that point. So hubby called them and they were apologetic and tell us to call when we are back in the area and they will replace them. We do just that and go out of our way to go back, hey $7.50 I'm not just letting go, hubby goes in and comes out no coffees they now want the receipt. I search the car no receipt and at this point I'm thinking I tossed it in the bag that had my croissant. Super irritated at this point because she did NOT mention the receipt on the phone I'm really mad. So hubby being a pain wants to pay for more we wanted them at this point so we swing back through and order two more. I explain my frustration at the window and the gentleman says if this was this morning you don't have to pay that's when I explained the manager said we had to due to no receipt. He sends me off to the second window to sit yet another 5 minutes to be exact and handing me my coffees and says note the color.
