I'll preface this by saying i've been eating at this Glory Days for about 5 years. Service has always been kind of meh, but food and atmosphere has always been decent and it's convenient. You know what you're getting when you eat here. Normally. However, yesterday (Friday 8/23) we had quite possibly the worst experience we've ever had at ANY restaurant at this Glory Days. There were four of us, we were greeted quickly and sat. We were greeted by the waitress fairly quickly, and ordered quickly as well as we knew what we wanted. I asked for a side salad, which we oddly enough received twice, and was told to keep it. When the side salad arrived, we had no utensils. I asked the first employee I saw to walk by for 4 sets of silverware. She asked me "Well, depends, what is it you need?" with attitude, To which i replied that we needed 4 complete sets. She returned 3 minutes later with 2 forks and a knife, threw them down and walked away. Our dinner took a hour to arrive. Had to ask for the remaining silverware, again. One of us ordered a half rack of ribs, and it was the most disgusting slab of meat i've ever seen in my life. It arrived with no sauce on it, and the edges were so dry and crusty it was clear that it was reheated, whether in a microwave or overheated in an oven. It was hard as a rock, and completely inedible. No overreaction, i've never tasted such a disgusting piece of pork in my life. Unfortunately, the waitress never returned back to the table to check on us, give us refills, etc or I would have asked for a replacement meal. Our cups were empty. We needed napkins. My wings were room temp. The rest of our plates were okay, but not great. Used the restroom, and it had an overwhelming odor of urine that smacks you in the face before you open the door. Hasn't been cleaned in days. My wife went to the bathroom and said there was feces all over the wall. After eating, we began trying to track down our waitress to get our bill but couldn't find her. It took 15 minutes before she popped out of the back again, dealing with checks for multiple tables. After she was done, we tried to stop her to ask for our check and she told us she'd be right with us. 8 minutes later, we saw her again. We gave her our card, and a coupon code for free wings we got from their app. She went to the back, and was gone for ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. My wife and i wandered the restaurant looking for a manager, a front of house leader, or SOMEONE who could help us get out of this place, but never could find anyone. We tried called the main line, and it rang 20 times without anyone answering before we hung up. She finally came back out to tell us that she cant figure out their own coupon, and that she doesn't think she could honor it. I didn't care at that point and asked her to just run the card and let us get out of there. We waited ANOTHER 8 minutes before she arrived back with our card. We quickly signed and got out of there. We were there for two hours, paid $70 for inedible food, and received some of the worst service i've ever had at any restaurant. We felt like we were held hostage and were very very close to just walking out. This restaurant should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for not only the horrible service but the completely pitiful disgusting food they served. We will never be back, and i'll be sharing this story with all my friends, neighbors, and family. You have TONS of choices in this neighborhood, and i'd HIGHLY recommend spending money elsewhere. 7-11, Wawa, etc all would be a major upgrade over this. I'm having a hard time not filing a complaint with the health department. RUN, don't walk away...
Read more2 pm 10/2/19 Update. Never went back. I would give it a two and a half. I gave it that because the menu selection was good but the description of the chocolate cake was better than the chocolate cake. I almost left it there but didn't want to seem rude. After I took one bite of it, I regretted ordering it. I received a $10 coupon to come try out the restaurant so it was my first time there and off to my right on a large screen was a television show I was interested in and I asked if one of the four TVs right in front of me could be changed to that station (so I wouldn't have to twist my neck to the right I just had a chiropractor adjustment yesterday) half hour later after I got my food I asked if the manager had been able to do anything with the channel she asked him again he came out with his back to me and not only did he not change tv for me, I was now twisting my sore neck and squinting. He MINIMIZED! the large screen that I had been watching to my right so that the picture was the size of a postage stamp. I could hardly make out was was going on anymore. Whoever is going around giving out coupons to recruit new customers.... the hostess and wait staff knew it was my first experience there. The manager dropped the ball! Add photos? I wish I had taken a picture of him standing there with his back to me. Of the huge screen now with the tiny postage stamp picture on the top left. The four monitors right in front of my face. He did not look at me much less speak to me. I wanted to confront him about how his actions made me feel but I had to be back at work. It was lunch during a work week. It wasn't that busy. If it's that difficult to make the experience something for the few customers there, not eager...

All we asked for was extra sauce. Instead, there was barely any sauce. We put our dinner on hold while it got cold and went back to get the sauce. Again, we were fooled into thinking they could do one simple task right. One sauce was sufficient, one was not enough for a regular order, let alone extra. The sauce also looked liked it was scraped out of the bottom of the drip pan since.
We stopped going for a long time due to quality issues with pickup. We recently returned and nothing has changed. 3 of the last 3 pickup orders were wrong. ALWAYS check your order before you leave or you will get burned. The carry out staff is not trained to check the orders so management is the issue. Hold your tip until after you check your order.
Update: 1/24/2023
Consistency and value continues to be a problem. The salmon depicted was $16. About half the time the serving size is double that like it should be. The salad the salmon was to go on was incorrect. I specified no iceberg lettuce and it was all iceberg. There was one strawberry. Extra nuts were ordered and it was half the normal quantity. You are either okay with whatever they give you or you will be disappointed. I will be glad to change my review when things change permanently.
Pickup quality control remains a problem. We have been customers for 10 years and consistently are disappointed with order errors and quality issues. The wrong lettuce, small portions, and wrong condiments is routine. It is a shame because we would like to eat there more often and give a 5...
