This was our first time coming here and we weren’t impressed by the food initially nothing was bad by any means but it was definitely different. However, am definitely coming back due to one simple reason. I have never had service like this before.
Norma Lee is possibly the best waitress I have ever had. Even during a packed breakfast rush she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. It was more than just friendliness she took feedback on everything with excitement. From the impression I got, EggTown or at least this location genuinely respect and listen to their customers. It’s hard to describe but if you go and aren’t fully satisfied, talk to them and offer feedback. I’ve never felt so respected by a restaurant before. I plan to try it again because the food if nothing else was good quality for the price. It wasn’t my preference but it seems they are more than happy to accommodate if you have requests.
Even if my first impression of the food wasn’t the best I am excited to go back just because I felt welcomed even while they were stressed out of their minds with the Sunday Brunch Rush. Because of how great my dining experience was and how reasonably priced it all is I am excited to go back and try all their different menu items. Because I can tell this is restaurant that I want to be apart of the community.
Management if you’re reading this your employee Norma Lee today has just secured a new regular and avid fan. I genuinely have never seen a better server and it wasn’t just us. From what I saw she treated every customer with respect and genuineness that isn’t common anywhere. Every customer got her full attention and I respect the hell out of that.
TLDR: first time food was ok but Norma Lee and the staff, they went above and beyond to the point that this was one of my favorite dining experiences I’ve had. I am a...
Read moreOne of the best breakfast experiences I've had yet. First time at The Brunchery, it was a perfect experience, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, to the time and everything. Klevis was great, he took care of us, kept checking on us and he had such a professional but easy going attitude, it was great to have him as our waiter, the ambiance is set as a really chill place, different from other breakfast places. The food was amazing, we had the Brunchery Belgian Waffle and it was delicious to the eye and the stomach, that raspberry sauce was luscious and didn't get to sweet, the waffle itself was light and fluffy but with a crunch, absolutely perfect. Their chicken tortilla soup was amazing, right up there with some of the best I've had and finally the Chorizo Benedict, it was lights out the best Benedict version I've had, it comes with tomatillo sauce but I wanted to try the hollandaise sauce and also because the chorizo is already spicy, so you should do the same unless you like your food really spicy but the mix of the chorizo with the avocado spread and the hollandaise and the poached eggs breaking was one of the most satisfying bites I've had ever, the flavor was there throughout the entire dish, different layers of flavor, I'd definitely get that again. Now they didn't have any Butter Rum muffin but I can't hold it against them because people really seem to like this place and I would definitely recommend it and I am definitely thinking of coming back...

EggTown is a delightful and delicious stop for brunch and great conversations. The atmosphere is bright, friendly, and welcoming with clean, simple décor—and spotless restrooms.
The magic formula (pay attention, Cracker Barrel!) is quality food + excellent service. Our server, Donna, has been with EggTown since the location opened in 1999. That kind of loyalty says a lot about a place. Her warmth and attentiveness made the experience even better.
I asked Donna to bring me her favorite, and she did not disappoint. The breakfast platter was heaping with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, and eggs—like a delicious inside-out breakfast burrito. The only weak spot was the biscuit, which could be fluffier and moister if baked from scratch. Still, the coffee was hot, tasty, and refilled often, thanks to Donna.
EggTown is perfect for catching up with friends or hosting an early morning meeting, which was my situation. In the picture is Serena Ayscue, Director of Development at Fellowship Baptist Church, and next to her is Kristin Kettler, who runs Votta Coaching & Consulting, helping leaders navigate major life and career transitions. I highly recommend connecting with Kristin if you get the chance.
Thank you, Donna and EggTown, for a fantastic brunch spot that combines great food, great people, and great service. I’ll be back—next time with my wife’s...
