Smoothie King — Restaurant in Tampa

Customer service is hit and miss at best. The points reward system is a joke. They forget to ring the points or scan scan the points or tell me points are handled at the other end. I have even been handed a receipt that is not my receipt and has already been used for the points... I purchased a holiday gift card $25 the employee did not know how to ring the sale and the gift card. After all the confusion I was handed a folded card holder. I was very surprised later when I checked the folded card holder and it was only a holder there was not a gift card inside the card holder. Of course when I returned after the holidays the employees, same employees, had no idea what I was talking about even though I had the receipt... I really like the Smoothies however I don't expect much in the way of customer service. I have tried other Smoothie Kings and find it is pretty much the same customer service all around. I try to pay extra attention when I order and really hope I am getting...

Don’t take a good thing for granted!!! Seriously! Just came here to say the grass isn’t always greener on the other side 😂 I will always ONLY come to this location! The guys are friendly helpful the fruit is fresh and the place is always clean! You feel welcomed like entering a family house. I went to the other smoothie king further down Bruce b downs near target thinking it’ll be great like this location and it wasn’t! Walked in to a terrible smell and my fruit in my bowl was slimy and old looking and tasting my smoothie was melted before I even walked out the store. Learned my lesson will only come to this smoothie king! Give them all a raise they’re upholding and exceeding the standard! I am pretty consistent with the things that I order. Today I wanted to be different and try to Pitaya bowl.

Because of recent health changes I have to look at the supplemental facts. My seemingly to be healthy choices are not so healthy. I normally get the Açaí bowl. Today I tried the Pitaya bowl. Neither are really healthy when you see the supplement facts👎🏾. I feel deceived. 😔 SUGAR!!!

Today, I actually had an employee tell me why they could not blend my fruit bowl. He said it was because the blenders are not made to handle the Pitaya, Açaí or the granola. 🤔 interesting. It is a blender that blends the rest of the menu. But OK. At least someone now has explained why they are not...
