Panda Express — Restaurant in Tampa

In line at the airport to get my food and the line is backed all the way up to the gates. There is one black older lady at the front preparing the plates as well as the cash register. I really thought they were short staffed until i got closer to see one older white lady peak her head out to see how long the line is and another lady is in the back texting. If it wasnt for the white gentleman at the cash register telling the black lady what an excellent job she was doing despite no help we all wouldve never known that she wasn't the only one there. I mean she was doing it all while they were back there playing around. A white male manager just walked up after standing in line 20 minutes to help. Probably the most disgusting feeling experience I’ve ever had at an airport. I showed up and waited in front of the food, since the one employee at the front was at the cash register with a customer. TWO separate employees came out from the back, passed by the food, looked me dead in the eyes, then just walked on by. Then they both looked at each other and laughed (???) No acknowledgement that a customer was there, no one saying that I’d be helped soon. I quickly removed myself from the area but as I walked away I heard one of those same women warmly greeting the guy who had pulled up behind me in the line. What…the…I’m still flabbergasted. I have been here many times for a quick cheap bite of good Amercanized Chinese comfort food. This time I was greeted by an angry apathetic "what can I get you" ...When I placed my bowl order, the employee replied, "Sorry we are not serving mixed vegetables today"...So I asked for the broccoli from the broccoli beef as my side and she says, " we can't do that"....I looked down, saw two types of chicken mixed together and after what appeared to be an angry tooth kiss from the employee, I said goodbye and decided to go next door to the sandwich shop (which was amazing by the way).
