The food was actually really good, but the service was terrible. Almost every staff member I interacted with had an attitude, which made the whole experience frustrating.

My husband, who was ahead of me in line, ordered a sandwich with bacon and was told it would take 20–25 minutes because the bacon still needed to cook—which was surprising considering it was 8 a.m. and breakfast service had started. Still, we had time before our flight, so waiting wasn't an issue.

When it was my turn, I tried to order a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and was told they didn’t have bacon. I explained I was willing to wait since my husband had just ordered bacon and was already waiting, but the employee was dismissive and insisted I choose something else, with clear attitude.

Then the person adding toppings was also rude, and finally, the cashier gave me attitude simply because I only wanted a sandwich and didn’t want to add anything else.

Again, the food was tasty—but the lack of preparation and the unfriendly service really brought the experience down. I hope management takes note, because with better customer service, this place could be much...

Wish I could give this place Zero stars! At the airport and looked at the different places of what we wanted to eat. We wanted the advertised "shakes" and a sandwich. Waited in a long line (20mins) and finally got to the order part of the line. Waited 15 mins there. So not knowing what to do we moved up only to be told to move back where the people behind us started ordering because lady finally showed up. We got our order in to be told sorry we our short staffedand also they didn't have any shakes! By this time and waiting forever we were stuck into staying. So we ordered sandwiches with a pickle on the side. Nope no pickles! There are no signs saying they are out of anything. Finally got our order to sit down. My order was for the Mamma Meatball sandwich and it was cold like it had been sitting there forever. So they were short staffed , no shakes and no pickles and that only what we know of. Never...

All breakfast sandwiches are labeled as 7.69 with a note that they can all be made vegetarian. One sandwich is the “ham, mushroom, egg, and Swiss,” so I ordered that sandwich without ham. first, the sandwich was made with ham, and then after they fixed it and rang me up, I was instructed by multiple employees that the sandwich can’t be “substituted” (despite the sign saying can be made vegetarian with no mention of extra costs) and they have to ring it up as an egg and cheddar and add mushrooms, which is a dollar extra, instead of taking the sandwich and removing the ham for the same price. They also attempted to tell me that it’s a better deal because I’m not paying for the ham which is more expensive, even though the ham is already factored into the price of the sandwich. When asked why I’m getting less food on one of the sandwiches, but paying more money, the response was that is what the airport...
