I totally understand that places get busy and restaurants run out of items however to have something replaced without my knowledge, I wouldâve rather received a refund because it was disgusting. All of our food was cold because they were 45 minutes past the original delivery time. Nobody gave me a call even though they said they did. My phone is on I get calls and I got a call (personal) during the time that I was waiting for the pizza, wings and dessert. There was no reason I shouldâve had to put my $55 order worth of food in a microwave because Iâm at a hotel waiting for my flight. We had to sit there and suffer and eat nasty cold food. Iâve never had an experience like this, but a full refund would be lovely because I couldâve went with my original idea of Chinese food, but we wanted to give Pizza Hut a chance and they ruined my last night of vacation here in Tampa, Florida. This is absolute insanity and I am not a happy customer. And no, I didnât get any pictures because I didnât want that on my phone. I had countless employees frustrated and hungry for pizza that ended up being 2 hours late and we had to order little Caesars instead. When I spoke to the location directly they said its been ready just sitting there because they don't actually have any delivery drivers and that location right now and are relying solely on doordash to come deliver it. If I wanted to be disappointed by doordash I would have ordered through them. Next the customer service call center was no help as I was told they couldn't do anything and for me to call the location directly. I had called back the location in which my 7 consecutive calls were not picked up. The manager at this location has gone ABOVE & BEYOND the past TWO times Iâve ordered from here. Once with me personally, then my boyfriend. And nothing was ever wrong with the order or anything - just simple things like honoring a coupon I never received from a promo deal for example. I wish I knew her name but all I have are her initials on the receipt (LG).
