I love Taco Bell š®! Just not this one. I was given an electronic gift card to any Taco Bell. When I got there all excited to use my card, I was having trouble and when I asked for help from the manager, I have never been treated so bad in all my life at any restaurant. The manager tried for about 20 minutes to figure out how to let me pay for my food. Finally, after my frustration level hit a 10, she said had never seen an e-gift card at her store, which means they don't except them at her store... It was total BS!
The worst was after all that, she asked me how was I going to pay for the food I had ordered at the beginning of all this. It had been sitting on the counter for approximately 30 minutes now. She actually said I HAD to pay for it since I order it.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Anyway, I went to another near by Taco Bell, the one on 30th Street, where within 2 minutes I ordered, paid using my e-gift card and received my food.
The best thing was, that manager gave us each a free soda after I told her about the experience I had at the original Taco Bell š®. She said she has heard a bunch of negative stuff about that Taco Bell š®. That you very much to that manager, she saved my Taco Bell š® experience!
SO, BOTTOM LINE, GO TO ANY OTHER TACO BELL THAN THIS ONE! I still love Taco Bell, just not the one on Fowler and 15th St.

That starts with the employees, but the management also has to take responsibility and do a great job keeping order and directing the employees. I did not witness any of this at this particular Taco Bell. I didn't go in with high expectations; I mean it is just Taco Bell. However, what I did expect was my order which I did not get. To be fair, there was quite a line in the drive-thru and there were several people inside of the restaurant. But it also wasn't a madhouse, and it wasn't so busy that there should have been any mix ups with anyone's order. Somehow, they gave my order to the wrong patron and left me sitting there for an extra 15 minutes waiting on food that was never going to come. The cashier, a sweet little girl who clearly didn't have everything under control, looked at me with big eyes and said, "You still haven't gotten your food?" No ma'am, I most certainly did not. And it wasn't because someone decided to take my food, it's because you gave my food to the wrong person without checking the order. Unfortunately, none of the employees seemed to genuinely care other than her, and the manager on duty at the time (7:20pm-ish) didn't offer an apology of any kind. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent through the drive thru at the location 2921 E Busch Blvd and let me tell you I have never met the most dispicable, unprofessional, slow, rudest people in my life until I came to this store. There was a woman working on 12/31/21 around 9pm who I spoke with and had the nastiest attitude from the start. I kept my composure regardless of her attitude and continually interrupting me, and even after she had told me to hold on because she got frustrated with ME. So after she comes back, I tell her again what I want even though it is on the screen (it was incorrect anyway) and she tells me "well you should have said that to begin with". As I tried explaining to her "ma'am I did tell you at first but you had interrupted me", she then proceeds to tell me I need to calm down and will not let me speak. I say okay fine, go up to the window, and what do you know, she decided not to take my order. Word for word when I get to the window she asks me "what's wrong?" In a condescending manner. I simply tell her I would just like my order. She then tells me she did not ring me up. I am in fast food myself, have been for 6 years, I am disgusted by this so-called service. I understand we are in hard times right now but I do not believe we should be that desperate of employees that we just let whoever walks in the door...
