⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Heartfelt Thank You to the Starbucks Team at Tampa General Hospital
I am compelled to share my gratitude for the Starbucks at Tampa General Hospital, as my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Despite the numerous negative reviews from impatient customers, I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the staff at this location has been.
In particular, Louisa, the fantastic barista, has been a shining star throughout my daily visits. Her warm greetings and kindness, coupled with her ability to engage in interesting conversations, have made each visit enjoyable. The other team members, including Caitlyn, JJ, Ace, Daniel, and Cindy, have also demonstrated their commitment to quality service and have made me feel welcome every single time.
I have been at the hospital for over a month, visiting the Starbucks 2-3 times per day, and they have consistently been accurate and polite with my orders. The team works diligently and swiftly to correct any mistakes, always striving for excellence. In fact, they have never one of my nearly 100 orders wrong! The long lines are not a reflection of the staff's performance; rather, they are a testament to their ability to meet the high demand for their services in such a limited space.
Each barista at this location has a unique personality and skill set that contributes to the overall positive experience. I truly believe these individuals deserve recognition and financial reward for their hard work and resilience, especially considering the verbal abuse they often face from frustrated customers.
In conclusion, the Starbucks at Tampa General Hospital is not just a coffee shop; it's a haven of kindness and professionalism amidst the challenges and emotional strain of the hospital environment. I applaud Louisa and the entire team for their unwavering commitment to excellence and their ability to spread joy even in the most difficult circumstances. It's a shame that more people don't take the time to appreciate the wonderful people behind the counter, as they are truly the heart and soul of this Starbucks location.
To the management and corporate team at Starbucks, I sincerely hope that you recognize and reward the exceptional efforts of Louisa and her colleagues at the Tampa General Hospital location. They have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, and their dedication to delivering outstanding service should not go unnoticed.
So, to anyone considering a visit to this Starbucks, I urge you to be patient and understanding. Remember that the staff is doing their best to serve a high volume of customers in a challenging environment. Take a moment to get to know the amazing individuals working there, and you'll soon realize that the wait is more than worth it.
Thank you, Starbucks at Tampa General Hospital, for making a difference in my daily routine and brightening the lives of countless others. You truly deserve five...
Read moreAwful awful awful! I came in a told the girl behind the register I wanted to get a frappacino and I would try the the Carmel waffle cone flavor and I would have one regular coffee. Then I immediately asked her what her favorite was and she said the Cinnamon Toast Crunch frappacino so I said you know what I'll have that flavor instead. When she rung me up I saw it said 14$ and I said "wow 14$ for two drinks" and she said "yes". When my coffee and frap were ready I started to walk out the door with them and she said " wait mam you forgot your other frappacino" apparently they had accidentally still made the original flavor I asked for. I told them "no I only ordered two" she said "oh that's right, well do you want it anyways" and I clearly stated, " yes is it free?" She said "yes" and I said "great I would love a free drink!" And I left. Once I got up to my room and thought about it and realized they had charged me three so I called down and asked "how much would it cost for a frappacino and one coffee" they rudely respond "we are in a rush right now" as if to tell me I was bothering them by asking such a question. "I said ok well could you just tell me how much it would be for those two drinks" she said "we have someone on the register so you will just have to come downstairs to get an answer". I explained to her I was asking because I had been charged for three drinks. She said "I remember who you are and you came back for the third drink so we didn't reimburse you" I said "you told me it was free because you messed up my order!" She said "no you misunderstood her you accepted the drink and took it so we won't refund you". Soooo awful I've never seen a Starbucks like this before. Will not...
Read moreI purchased a small coffee for less than $6.00 and Starbucks charged my card 3 times and took over $25.00 off my debit card. I called to see how to get my money back and I was given really bad attitude by the employee and then threatened when I told her I was coming to the store so she could show me the phone number to call, threatened to call security on me. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment from the first time I have ever tried Starbucks. I will not purchase from Starbucks again because I never gave permission to steal $25.00 from me and I do not appreciate the way I was treated when I called to solve the problem. I will not return to Starbucks and will tell everyone I know.
I noticed this same employee gives much problems to other TGH employees and regular customers. Why do you keep her around????
