Biba — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

Great space, newly renovated, clean bathrooms and lots of events from triva, dance lessons, open mic nights and live music. This place was recommended to us by the staff at Marianas Yacht Club in our search for blues musicians and music. I really enjoy Biba. The inside is really great and the owners are amazing people. However, we came on a friday night and the music was just so overly loud. My husband pulled up a decibel reader and it was just barely outside of the red while we were sitting outside. Asked if the outside speaker could be turned down and were told no. The building just isn't large enough, nor were there enough people to warrant such a high music volume.

BIBA delivered an unforgettable experience! From the vibrant music to the incredible vibes, everything was spot on. Dot and Ranger were fantastic hosts—welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We held a fundraising event at their bar, and it exceeded all our expectations.
