The Terrace — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

I love the new Crowne Plaza renovations as it really makes the atmosphere more elegant than what it was during the previous ownership. Crowne Plaza put a lot of thought into the redesign. The food selections are very ample and the presentation of the canapés, hors deuerves and charcuterie is very nice. The only slight drawback are: the general seating area can be 'cafeteria loud'; the layout of the salad/Japanese selections and hot food sections tend to cause a traffic nightmare because patrons do not understand that the pasta and carving stations are separate stations so...everyone falls in line at the past section and make their way to the carving and hot stations which causes a clash of customers who start the correct way, by staring at the salad section. To prevent this mixup of a hot mess, Crowne Plaza restaurant management needs to put up signage that clearly defines separate stations so people don't cause a hot mess...it gets very frustrating and irritating. Despite the debaucle at the food line, the servers are very friendly and always helpful...

The renovation was definitely an upgrade. Food was delicious. Atmosphere of the Tasi function room and the lanai were perfect for our event. The view is gorgeous.

The service from the staff was exemplary. Arvie, the banquet coordinator, was professional, communicated very well, and tried his best to accommodate what we needed. Fritz, the shift manager, was accommodating, friendly, and fun. His team - Mar (bartender) and Jay (banquet staff) were always tending to the guests and organizers. They stayed on top of requests and provided promptly. The banquet team ans management interacted well with guests - funny, friendly, and easy to work with. In the morning, we saw the same staff working the breakfast shift for the buffet - they are a hardworking team!

I recently dined at The Terrace at Crowne Plaza Hotel, and for $60 per adult, it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—staff members were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Dixie and Ben ensured we had drinks and cleared our plates right away.

The food selection was impressive, offering a variety of high-quality dishes that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. From succulent seafood to perfectly seasoned meats and a diverse range of sides, every bite was delicious. The dessert station was also a standout, with decadent sweets and fresh fruit to finish off the meal.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual and special occasions. Overall, an excellent buffet experience with top-notch service....
