I order frequently and am frequently disappointed. I think this was my last order. It's nothing new to get the wrong toppings. When that happens I usually just eat it. I'm not picky. Frequently if it arrives to fast that means the bottom is over cooked while the top is still doughy. This time, they went for the hail marry of all order screw ups. Not only did it take 45 minutes to get my order, but it wasnt even close to warm. Compleatly cold. Dominos, in my opinion, taste like trash as a left over. I know that when I order so I order expecting hot food. This would be THE THIRD TIME I had to reheat or finish cooking my pizza. So at this point, I notice the bread is cold and soggy. I then open the pizza and sure enough, it's he wrong toppings. Late, cold, wrong pizza. I call up to get a moody guy asking if I want a credit or a new pizza with proper topoings, never acknowledging the fact that it's cold, or that I had ordered 45 minutes ago and had just got my order, even though I live only a block away. So I'm screwed out of the money for my bread. I just paid full price for cold leftovers. So they bring me a new pizza, I get it and it's ALL DOUGHY on top and a dark brown bottom. Way to go dominos! They don't care what condition your food arrives, just as long as it arrives. I knew it was going to be something so when the delivery guy showed up I took back my tip. I told him I had worked at pizza places myself and I knew that they knew they were delivering a cold crappy pizza. That's true, I've worked enough places to know, that they knew, that order was old. And they know they kicked out a pizza to quick to make up for going to slow. So now I have an uncooked pizza. Yeah!. I moved here 2 years ago. Dominos used to be my favorite place, but this local dominos is ran by either idiots or people who don't care. Either way, that was my last attempt at an order, and although I like dominos, I would never suggest someone order from here. You're rolling the dice if you do. Read moreSo tonight the phone kept breaking up, one manager took my card number 3 times, then a man got on the phone and asked for the number again, by this time I'm annoyed, he says I'll just repeat the card number back to you, I said that's what the first person should have done, he got upset ( even though I was telling the truth) another option could have been to get the card information from driver upon arrival, but instead he decided to hang up in my face, I called back twice and was left on hold until the original lady answered the phone and pretended to be oblivious of him hanging up, ( but mentioned she was next to him during to conversation with me so.....) I'm over it, my family orders from there maybe two or three times a month, we will be taking our business elsewhere! After all I'm the (paying) customer and the only person that should be hanging up the phone in frustration is ME! Yes I was becoming annoyed but never said anything rude or out the way, and just simply wanted to get through with my purchase! Currently googling the nearest pizza hut, or little Ceasars, ( money spends everywhere, so treat your customers with patience...
