McDonald's — Restaurant in Taylor

Every time I come here it's horrible. My order is always wrong. But I notice it's only terrible and things are messed up in the evening. Never had a problem during the morning or early part of the day. A while back we came through the drive through right before closing, just as someone had dropped the glass coffee pot inside. The window was open so we got to hear the employees screaming at each other about how the person who broke it was soo effed. Heard the f word several times, while we were ignored at the window, whatever, there was broken glass everywhere, but you think the girl at the window would at least tell me to hold on a minute and shut the window so I couldn't hear the chaos inside. So we get our food and it's of course all wrong and we don't discover that until we get home, but it's after they are closed. Whatever. Today I go through and order an iced coffee. Drive away and take a big drink, and it tastes like soap. BAD. So I go back through the drive through, and tell them something is off with it and they wave me through. Girl at the window is visibly annoyed I'm back, and shoves the new coffee in my hand. She says nothing. No- thank you, no- sorry about that, not even a- you're all set. Just a mean icy stare. Whatever. So I thank her and leave and take another drink of my new coffee and guess what? It tastes like effing soap. Like the coffee machine didn't get rinsed or something. I'm done. I was just riding along, not even getting McDonald's, even though I was hungry but McDonalds' are 95% garbage stores with horrible service so I rarely trust any of y'all, when my fam who I was riding with decided to stop there around 10:55 or so. Anyway they ordered, at least it didn't take long, but when they got the food, the condition of it was.. let's just say I saw why it didn't take long..smh and I'm really glad I didn't order anything. All they asked for was like a McChicken and a McDouble with Mac sauce on them and some fries. This was so bad, that he's going to leave a review, and I'm leaving one as well. Lol!!! That is an insane amount of sauce to put on anything.. even if they asked for extra (pictures below). I get it y'all were closing at 11pm (didn't know this) and we were the last car in line.. but this looked like your employees were retaliating for having to make it. The order wasn't even that much! Then they didn't even give them a receipt with the order so when we went back the manager told us they "highly doubt their employees wouldn't hand out a receipt".. and in no way took responsibility for what they did. Ok, no receipt. Paid with a card, statement shows everything. You know they're not making it up off that alone. A refund shouldn't be that difficult when you know you messed up. I'm not ever going here and don't recommend them to anyone. Now when we call it's a busy signal. What did y'all do block the number?!...

stay away from this mc donald’s horrible service ordered door dash and they gave us water we ordered sprite and they forgot to give us a happy meal that was supposed to in the bag refuse to give the dasher the replacement happy meal and our other two chicken sandwiches we were forced to eat half of order had to physically go to another one to get another happy meal and the other sandwiches terrible 😞 me and my kids shouldn’t have to be hungry denied our drinks instead someone though it was funny to give us 3 large waters when clearly we didn’t order a water the employee at the back window are horrible to the dashers two of there driveway employees are extra rude unprofessional everytime a doordash order comes in our dasher told us that he be accepting any more orders at this location because there getting hostile customers berating them talking about the dashers first and last time we will come to this location dirty parking lot and dirty lobby fails to stop the bums from sleeping in the lobby and bathroom restroom isn’t very clean dasher saw mice in the mens room unsanitary conditions wish that they close this mice infested place...
