Edit: owner personally called and spoke to us and was super professional and we discussed how the ordering system can be wonky. I will go back and I’m very happy with the conversation I had.

I ordered a milk tea with boba with no ice and a frozen lemonade on their online order form to pick up. She literally called me to mansplain how we ordered the lemonade wrong (we got the blended mint lemonade with a note saying “no mint) and the way she told us to order it cost 75 cents more for the same exact product. She also yelled that she didn’t even see the note (I'm Sorry but that should be checked for allergies and such and shouldn’t be that hard to read on a ticket). Then she continued to berate us for how we ordered the lemonade when we picked it up saying that really her manager said we should be paying the 75 cents more because we are doing a specialty order and not ordering it correctly. It is not a specialty order it’s just the same product minus 1 thing the mint. My milk tea is also missing the extra boba I PAID for in it that was noted IN THE NORMAL PART OF THE ORDERING THAT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO BE EASILY READ AND SEEN, along with ice in my drink when again I clicked the no ice box in the how much ice do you want part of the order. These two were required parts to click so I KNOW THEY both SHOWED UP ON THE Ticket. So they have backwards Karens working the registers who berate the customers for a normal simple order when we didn’t say or do anything rude...

Came in here last week as a first time bubble tea experience. I think the store just opened for the day, so there wasn't anyone in there, giving the owner(?) time to explain the run down to me. I got two drinks(one recommendation from owner, other self-decided), both with different styles. The drink itself was real good(I think it was Taro with chocolate syrup and tapioca on bottom or something), but the tapioca component wasn't that good; not because it was bad, I just didn't care for the taste. The other was a strawberry-lemonade based green tea, with bursting boba on bottom I think? It was pretty good, and I liked the bursting boba better than the tapioca.

Customer service was 6/5. It might have been just because it was early, but the owner(?) really made the experience; he made me feel right at home, and took the time to explain everything as it was my first time having a bubble tea. Felt like a friend; of course he was just doing business, but I always appreciate getting that impression over feeling like a number to be served and talked to with no enthusiasm, like if I went to a Starbucks or something.

The decor is nice and clean, love the comic-style panels on the wall, and the back-behind-the-counter area was clean, new, and organized(they just opened, but I'll still give 'em points for it). Had a great experience and will return again when I'm in the area(though I am much closer to their Dearborn one; hopefully it is as good as this...

I had an unusually subpar experience yesterday (see below for details), but I generally love this place! They have highly customizable fruit teas and milk teas, and you can customize with 2 flavors! They also have speciality drinks, although they're very pricey, and only seem to come in the smallest portions. But if you like to be creative about your flavors, ice level, sugar level and toppings, this is one the best boba shops in the area!

So normally the staff are friendly and ready to fulfill your order, but yesterday was disappointing. There were two girls working who completely ignored me despite seeing me at the counter waiting for a couple minutes. They would come up to the front by checkout multiple times then go back and chat amongst each other, which is not a problem, but neither ever acknowledged me being there until I went to the side to ask them about my order. One of them pointed to it and said "it's right there", yeah...but I can't just waltz into the shop and grab it without saying anything. One of the orders was a milk tea made with green tea, which was overbrewed and made the drink so bitter. That was a little frustrating however this is not the norm for this shop. They are...

Here’s my experience here, if you’re going to read it l, read all of it: Menu was very confusing, flavors were not described very well, ended up getting a mango drink that had pepper flakes in it and it was absolutely disgusting, however that was my fault for not specifically asking exactly what was in it. Also there card reader didn’t work right so i had to pay in cash, However i would like to alter this review and let everyone who reads this know that the just because of my bad experience this one time doesn’t mean I won’t be going back. I recently received a call from the owner himself and he wanted to resolve the issue i had, he asked me about the issues and is addressing them as he can. I think the fact that the people who work here and run it are willing to listen to customers is an amazing thing and just to clarify my girlfriend got a drink as well and she loved it.

When it comes to bubble tea, I've been spoiled by trying bubble teas all over the map. I find this place to be not great and not terrible. I feel that tapioca pearls can be much softer, more jelly-like, and have more flavor to them. I've also noted that portion of tapioca per large tea size is fairly smaller compared to the amounts I typically get elsewhere. In this case less tapioca was a good thing, because I did not particularly enjoy them. There are limited tea flavors available. The tea itself is between good and alright depending on the flavor you pick. Overall, if you want a fair bubble tea experience, give this place a try, but check out other places as well to explore the different options in your bubble tea adventures.

I like this place. Only been here twice and bought the same thing for both of those times, I bought Brown Sugar Boba (Large w/ almond milk) with tapioca pearls. 🧋 In my opinion with massive case of sweet tooth, their Brown Sugar Boba is not as sweet as the other places I’ve been at Windsor hence why I only gave 4 stars. Place has Kiosk so that’s nice and the overall atmosphere is good as well.
