Update: My wife and I recently stopped by for one of our many late-night snack runs. We hadn’t been to this location in a while, especially since the recent upgrade—and we were genuinely impressed. Not only does the place look much more inviting, but the food quality has improved significantly. I even asked our server what had changed, and he mentioned they’ve been making a real effort to step up their food service. I think they’ve done a great job. The restaurant closes at midnight, and we got there with about an hour and a half to spare. I ordered a burger with their special sauce, and my wife went for a pasta dish. Both meals were spot on. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the food to be that good so close to closing, but everything came out fresh. The burger was juicy, and the fries were hot—definitely not the usual late-night letdown. Service was also excellent. They seated us in a booth near the bar, and the bartender actually ended up being our server. Even though he was busy taking care of bar customers, he still made time to check in on us regularly and kept the drinks coming. Really solid service all around. I go here for their wings ...not to bad on customer service

Title: Great Service, Lackluster Meal Rating: ★★★☆☆ We decided to try Applebee's for a quick dinner and were really looking forward to their famous loaded fries and a hearty burger. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite hit the mark this time around. The loaded fries were underwhelming, topped with nothing more than a lonely slice of melted cheese which was a far cry from what was advertised. The burger, while sizable, was dry and had the overdone taste of having been kept warm too long, rather than freshly prepared. On the bright side, the service was a highlight of our visit. Our waitress was cheerful, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. She was quick with recommendations and made sure our drinks were always topped up, which was much appreciated. While the service was commendable, the food itself was a letdown. It seems like Applebee's might be slipping in the culinary department, and I hope they can match their kitchen quality to their excellent service standards in the future. For now, though, it might be a while before we consider coming back. Warmly, Dennis Schleicher YouTuber and Instagram creator

Went out for their new all you can eat boneless chicken wings and bottomless fries for $12.99. They have 6 sauces, honey BBQ, classic buffalo, honey pepper, parmesan garlic, sweet Asian and extra hot buffalo. They bring out 10 wings and a plate of fries with a little cup of coleslaw. Sad thing is then they take 10-15 minutes to bring out your next plates of 4 and a mound of fries. I think they have a little too much breading on their wings. Our waiter was really cool and tried to get them out fast, but they were slow in the back. He let us take all our fries home. We've only been here 2-3 times in the last 10 years. Biggest reason is it's quite a ways away.

Update: the people at this Applebees reached out to me and were very apologetic about our dinner. They then went the extra mile and offered a free dinner of our choice. We did not ask for this, but after a bit we did take them up on this free service. I ordered the oriental chicken salad again and it was absolutely perfect. We had a delightful time and were treated very kindly. Our server was a sweetheart! Our dinner was perfect. I WILL be coming back!

We just ordered (takeout) the oriental crispy chicken salad (2) and a sampler appetizer. We asked for ranch dressing which we did not get. Only one celery stick. But I could live with all that. The chicken wings and the chicken on both salads was unbelievably dry. Either over cooked or had been sitting there and we got the left overs. I’m not sure. But I was very very disappointed, because we have loved coming to Applebee’s in the past. We may not come to this...
