Update: My money was never refunded and now it seems like they never answer their phone. By the time I drive there AGAIN, I will have spent more money on gas than I did for the three quarts of ice cream I NEVER received. But, I probably will anyway because its the principle. This is NOT okay.

Placed an order online. I called to check on my order because i didn't see any updates on it on the app. & found out instead of them contacting me or canceling my order because they didn't have what I ordered, they made it the way they wanted. I spoke with a gentleman, he told me they could give me my money back and I could pick it up because would just be throwing it out. I asked multiple times whether they wanted it instead and said I felt bas they made it just for me to not want it. (I dont like blueberries) He said him and the other person didn't want it and he didn't see another customer wanting it. I drove all the way from Hemet to get it for a family member and got attitude from the girl and then for him to act unsure about whether he was the one I spoke to on the phone. (He's the only guy in the store lol) I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for him to hand me the ice cream he said he would give to me if I drove down, but he never did. I wasted a stupid amount of gas and time and wasn't even given a receipt that showed me my money was actually being refunded. Total waste of time. Terrible customer service. I will never go here again. The owner needs to hire some new people who will treat their business like it's their own and who care about their customers. These kids are gonna run this place...

ALWAYS out of ice cream. I've been there a few times recently, and each time, bad experiences. Not sure how this location is still open. Wasn't always THIS bad.

About 3 months ago around 7pm, I went in and there were no customers...also no one watching the front of the store. I waited about 7 minutes and then a line started forming behind me. I called the store and surprisingly someone answered. I asked if they were open, they said yes, and I said, "Ok, you have a line forming out here. I'm in the store." Two guys came out from the back.

Went in again with a friend and they had only 5 flavors of ice cream to choose from. All the other tubs inside the freezer were empty or almost empty. My friend didn't get anything since the store didnt have the flavor they wanted (chocolate).

Went in today, 5/24/2021, and only 7 flavors to choose from this time. I noticed the toppings were pretty empty too. They did not have the flavor my son wanted for a shake (chocolate), so he chose a signature ice cream instead with cookie dough. After receiving his ice cream, he scooped up some ice cream and noticed a dead fly...that was about to be his first bite. I went in the store, they remade the ice cream, but my son no longer had an appetite for cold stone after that. He looked at his new ice cream and still had that image of the fly in his mind so he threw it away without even taking a bite. Should've received a complete refund. I wasted $6 today.

I will never go to this location again. Poor customer service, dirty presentation/appearance, obviously unsanitary, and always out of ice cream. How are you always out of ice cream when you make ice cream? Containers left open..even the stone that they use to mix the ice cream was not scraped...

Been coming to this location for the ice cream cakes which are perfect for most occassions, especially for gatherings during the warm summers in Murrieta. Also appreciate the fact that they give military discounts. Make sure you inquire if you are in the military...just show a military ID and you will get a 10% discount. The parking lot is adequate, and this location is rarely crowded. Whether you are looking for a good shake or looking to mix in some add-ins such as crushed graham crust, fresh fruits, or some kit kats into your favorite flavor of ice cream, you can't go wrong with some cd...
