Francesca’s impresses with its warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by friendly service that made our visit enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Our server was both attentive and courteous, significantly elevating our dining experience.

We started with the Caesar Salad, which showcased crisp romaine lettuce, tender grilled chicken, crunchy croutons, and a creamy Caesar dressing generously topped with shaved parmesan❤️. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and the salad was perfectly portioned.

For our main courses, we chose the Spaghetti alla Carbonara and the Risotto ai Funghi. The carbonara featured a rich, creamy egg sauce complemented by Pecorino Romano, crispy pancetta, and a hint of black pepper. The risotto was a delightful blend of Arborio rice, assorted mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley. While the menu descriptions were enticing, both dishes fell slightly short of our expectations in terms of flavor and execution.

4/12/2022 I'm so tired of this place being inconsistent. Either they aren't taking to go orders because they are busy or their closing early because their too slow. Get your operations in order! I started calling at 7:45 pm. to put in an order to go. My calls were being rejected, so I traveled the 8 mins to put my order in person. When I arrived, I asked if they were closed and told by the hostess that they were closing because how slow they were. This is the 4th time I've been rejected for a to-go order that averages $100. Not sure if the owner is aware of this or making the decisions themselves to close early. I've never dined in and only order to go as both my partner and I work a lot. The hostess was nice, but I could tell the server and bartender were annoyed that I physically came in. They were cleaning and collecting silverware and plates one hour before closing. There were a few tables that were still eating and didn't look like they closed out. We were interested in using them as a caterer for our wedding but fear that the inconsistent service will turn into inconsistent food.

Won't be back and hope they figure out...

As a small business owner it hurts me to have to write this. I know that your reputation is everything. I work hard to ensure my customers are happy with the service and product my business provides, unfortunately Francesca’s does not. I made an online order today. They packaged foods with heavy sauce in a styrofoam container instead of a sealed container. When i got home all the sauce and food for all 5 meals spilled all over my car. I called to speak with a manager and they refused to talk to me. They were extremely unprofessional and provided horrible customer service. We couldn’t eat the food as it just went in the trash. I attempted to talk to the manager who relayed a message to me through someone else that he was busy. I was just there to pick up the food, they had 3 tables of people. It was definitely not busy. It’s a Friday night and you only had 3 tables of customers, that should have been my first hint of what to expect. I would write about the food quality and taste but we wouldn’t know. Clearly this place is a joke! I would recommend...
