Store # 12943, Order # i assume is 20026 . Terrible service and misleading. 1st - whoever the 2 employees with the grey buttoned up shirts ( i assume are shift leaders ) that ignore customers in line, should be relieved from their positions. Customer service is #1, which they did not provide. Your employees are a reflection of those above them. District, regional managers, etc..
Now, i placed an order for the 8 piece family meal. In the displayed picture behind the counter, at a price tag of $27.99, it shows 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, fries, and 1 large side, which cost $34.78 after taxes. When you get your order, you find out the fries are not included, despite the fact they're in the displayed pictured behind the counter. The teenager behind the counter tells me, sorry, the fries are a side and not included. I tell him, that's misleading and false advertising. He agreed and says, people complain about it all the time. Still the 2 other employees with the grey buttoned up shirts can hear the conversation, but didn't want to intervene and provide a solution to a paying customer.
This is the 1st time I have eaten from this location. I normally select the french valley location off winchester since they provide superb customer service. I don't recommend this location. The employees here seem to hate their jobs. You can tell by their attitude, demeanor, and body language. For anyone in the future who chooses popeye's I suggest using the app on your phone for greater discounts. The same meal i ordered above included an extra 2 pieces of chicken and the fries, for the same price which is probably close to a $10 savings.
The money is not the issue here. The principle is the issue. You don't have to lie to make a sale. It always comes back around leading to bad reviews. This is roughly a 2 million dollar a year operation per location throughout the US, so i doubt they really care. You can tell by the same robo response to the other negative reviews, about striving to provide a better experience which doesn't solve...

They constantly screw up the order. Missing sauces, missing pieces of chicken, incorrectly putting spicy when you ask for mild (also vice versa), have all happened the past 12 times I've been here. I constantly have to check my bag because the staff is wildly incompetent.
While on the topic of staff, the managers are absolutely rude and have no business managing a restaurant. During the roll out of their app, orders constantly got lost on their system, yet they still charged the credit card. When I told the manager onsite, she accused us of trying to scam them for family meal. Like, what the hell is wrong with the staff?
The lines are always incredibly long. If you want to wait for 30 minutes in a drive through while you finish a Sudoku puzzle, this place is for you.
The cooks constantly screw up the food. From over-breaded chicken, chicken that has been sitting under the lamp too long to the point where it becomes fried chicken jerky, rice that has the consistency of sand paper, sweet tea that tastes like it got filtered though an old bar rag, popcorn shrimp that is so hard and petrified that you'd think it came from the Cambria Era, fried chicken that the skin is not just soggy but utterly wet, and just overall poorly cooked everything.
Don't even bother complaining to their regional managers and owners. They'll just tell you to kick rocks, in the most unapologetic manner.
TL;DR: If you want to get treated like garbage while eating garbage, this is the...
Read moreTonight, I ordered two (3) piece platter meals through DoorDash. Upon receiving my order, I realized that my order was incorrect and immediately called the store to speak with the manager. The first gentleman who answered was very mannerable and said he’d transfer me to the manager in charge of orders. Upon Josie answering the phone, I explained that my order was incorrect. She repeatedly told me that it wasn’t because she packed it.”that everything was correct even no ice in my drinks”. I informed her that I wasn’t saying the food wasn’t fresh or there was no ice in my drink. But, that my order was missing the biscuit and I had dark meat which I don’t like. She then went on and on how the order was correct and said “ you can come down here and exchange it. I informed Josie, I wasn’t about to drive down there to exchange my order when I paid a fee to have it delivered. Instead of her being apologetic about the situation, she wanted to be right. I informed her that I wanted her bosses name and email and his/her boss as well.
The night prior I had placed the exact same order and it was amazing. Josie really needs to learn to not argue with customers. Especially, when my order and receipt was in front of me and I was right. This experience tonight left me so annoyed that I could barely eat due to her rudeness. I won’t be going to Popeyes...
