This was my first time visiting Robeks, and it came at a very difficult time. My mother was in the hospital, struggling with complications from chemotherapy and breast cancer. She had lost her appetite, and I was desperately searching for something she might enjoy. I decided to try a smoothie—and to my relief, she loved it. I was there recently. Unfortunately the customer service was poor. I walked inside and waited for a good 6 minutes the two girls saw me never said hello or someone will be with you shortly. They did not smile....the manager finally came out and helped he was nice. The young generation has very poor customer skills...
