I’ve been both a customer and a consignor at this boutique, and I have nothing but great things to say about Alondra and how she runs her business. She’s always been upfront, respectful, and clear about the process — whether I’m buying a luxury item or consigning one.

I saw one of the recent negative reviews and felt the need to speak up. It’s easy to feel emotional when we part ways with high-end pieces, but let’s not confuse regret with being “robbed.” I was never pressured into anything. In fact, Alondra encouraged me to take my time, and when I decided to consign, she explained the commission and gave realistic expectations.

As a buyer, I’ve always found her items to be in amazing condition and fairly priced. You can tell she puts in the work to maintain her reputation and her relationships.

I came here the first time and Alondra played a role and saying she was not the owner. I gave her 10 items and she low balled me but I desperately took the money under the circumstances I was in. BUT I WAS ROBBED BLINDED! I had other offers from other small businesses and had an appointment the next day with the RealReal and I sold to her instead. 3 Louis bags , Gucci bags and sandals (4,700$). I went in again and another gal was there and they wanted me to consign and I was told 60% but no promises on an amount. Everything seems fishy, they low ball, so they can eat and get the best of both ends. I was offered 3,500 for 5/6 Louis bags!!! Insane!!!!!! A scam to say the least. I'm not sure about the this place of business. I won't be patronizing any longer. My consigned designer clothing didn't sell. though some items shown wear by someone. Everything I contracted to consign was brand new, with tags and pricing. Most items were protected in original plastic covering from the stores.

The mini skirt by Rebecca Taylor was worn, and not in the store when I went to pick up my clothing. It magically appeared when the owner showed up in a haste.
