Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Tempe

The staff here is so friendly. I'm glad that a second location opened up here in Tempe, especially one that is so close to where I live.

I dined in and had my usual, unsweetened tea with the spicy chicken deluxe meal, I was very pleased.

There wasn't chicken noodle soup but the substitute was mac and cheese so I went with that which is great because I actually did the reverse last time I came by. It's always good to switch it up.

This location is very clean from the countertops to the bathrooms great job.

I used to go to the location across from the Whole Foods over by the Chase Bank near Mill avenue but this one is closer to me and honestly, less busy but you can tell it's popular because the drive-thru is full.

I think there are still some customers who don't like to dine in since Corona but that's fine with me it was nice and quiet inside, they've always got decent music playing.

I should have written a review long ago when you guys first opened so sorry about that but thanks everybody who was working Saturday September 20th around 1:00 p.m.

If you're looking for customer service I recommend you go elsewhere. I asked for well done fries, when the second person Dallas verified my order I mentioned she left the well done portion out. She said it's a hardfast rule that this location doesn't do well done fries. But she assured me they would crispy. Low and behold she lied. I let the person know at the window and he doubled down they can't do well done. But my fries are soft, limp, he said the only variation they can do is unsalted. I didn't ask for unsalted. I asked for crispy. He took my bag and replaced the fries with unsalted fries. And then I go to eat and the soda is out of syrup. Can't believe I paid 13 dollars near enough to get not what I ordered and lied to my face. This is outrageous. I'd ask for a refund but something tells me they don't do that either. Everything is always about just simply getting each customer done without passion in the job. That’s not how it’s supposed to work! That’s besides the point, the point that I’m trying to get at is that I had not eaten anything all day or drank anything all day except for the spicy chicken sandwich that they have. It started to hit me at around 6pm and then made my stomach hurt and I’m not going into details but essentially made me puke. Get this that my diet only considers greens and chicken.
