Zach Mckenzie the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my life. I cannot understand how he was hired as a manager he has no regard for customers or does he care for the owner of this business. This person was hired to make things right when someone else makes a mistake but, instead made matters worse and did not even attempt to make it right. I will never ever visit another Charley's again. Much less this location...if you love Charley's as much as my family does go to another location. Don't expect to be treated with a smile or like a human they treat you like an order number here. They are also promoting kindness with a message on their large plastic cup drink with a message on there to be kind because every act of kindness creates a ripple effect. That is where it should start by teaching their staff to be kind and not rude to others. Your not doing us any favors we spend our hard earned money here at least four hours of our hard work to pay for the food you are providing. There is other reviews saying how rude they were also treated by the staff so many complete different strangers could not have had the same experience unless it is true. Read morePoor Customer Service.When I ordered with my friend I said combo and we got lemonade.When the food was finally called to pick up; the lady said that only sandwiches were ordered and not fries.She didn't attempt to say oh sorry...or let me re-ring the order so that she can charge me....not even...let me drop some fries and they will be ready shortly.
All they cared about was closing down.It was over 7 people behind the register.....so you mean to tell me that no one can drop some fries in grease that may take all of 3 minutes to cook and you could have charged me more money by just selling me what I thought I got originally.
It is really important to find employees that have corporate values and goals in mind.When a business is open; you should capitalize on getting as much business as possible. More business means more employee hours can be distributed and possibly hiring more people to staff the establishment.
