First let me say I love domino's pizza! But I've had too many bad experiences at this particular dominos that I can't go back to this one anymore. Let me tell you my LAST story. They don't have their act together. I went there on a Monday around 8:15. I ordered my one pizza pan online. The website told me 15-25 minutes. I start watching the tracker. I wait and 5 minutes later and someone starts my order. I don't see any progress on my pizza after waiting 20minutes so I assumed my pizza would be done soon and I'll just head over now. Who would start a pizza and not finish it? I get to the dominos and there's a line of people in there. Apparently 3 different groups called in for large orders. One was around 31. They were frantically trying to fill their orders. Whoever agreed to fulfill all those orders made the first mistake. There were about 7 people in my same shoes and one guy in front of me was waiting for over an hour for a sandwich before they told him he'd have to wait another 45minutes. We ended up cancelling our orders. During all this I see three pizzas fall off of the conveyor belt of the oven. There were probably at least 8 employees in there working so no excuses for this. I left COMPLETELY empty handed. Not even a coupon for my inconvenience. The grosses part was there was an employee with facial hair and a super long ponytail that was sweeping around everywhere.    Read moreStarted off good. Got my order on time and walked back to my place. I had ordered online, so all i had to do was pick it up. Got to my place, and I opened the pizza boxes, and one of them were wrong. No problem, so I went back to get my order redone and took the pizza they mest up. Waited for 10min for them to even talk to me and showed them the incorrect pizza, and showed what it should have been. then another 15 minutes to start the right order. The cashier checked multiple times from my order online and knew that it should be a New York style medium peperoni pizza. The cashier even said himself that he would get the manager to give me a refund on top of remaking the pizza. I waited, and once I got the pizza, I had asked if I get a refund. He said " The pizza is free" I looked at him and said "what do you mean, this is my original order it can't be free". So I opened the pizza infront of them. AND IT WAS THE WRONG ONE, ONCE AGAIN!!! I had showed them and I asked for a refund, they said we can give you one but we will have to take the pizzas back. LIKE WHAT???? I WAITED 40-50MIN AND ALL I GET IS A SIMPLE REFUND FOR THEM WASTING MY TIME. So I just took the pizza and left because I was furious on what had happened. They didn't compensate my order or even wanted too. HORRIBLE...

Upon picking up a couple pies I ordered, I was informed by Joe (Night Manager) that they failed to cut my one pizza in squares and already had another pie in oven to make it right! Joe also included the âmix upâ pizza free of charge! I could go further w/ what happened, yet said enough!!! Bottom line, Joe (very passionate & customer service oriented) and his TEAM not only âstepped upâ per mistake, they also produced YUMMY PIZZA!!! Because of this EXPERIENCE, I just ordered more pizzas from this specific store/leadership!
