This location is my least favorite location of all. I’ve been twice and the vibes given are just not it. I first want to say that I manage a competitor shop and also run a church cafe so food service workers have a huge spot in my heart and I always treat them with respect and think about how they are feeling. This time I left feeling like a scolded two year old. There was no one in line or at the walk up window aside for a truck and me and I thought I’ll help them out so I’m through faster they don’t have to worry about the awkward conversation and place my order online. The truck was taking awhile and finally left so I pulled up and said I had just placed my order online and the guys personality did a 180 and he was like we actually don’t encourage that. Then said nothing to me as they handed out the drinks. Remember this is just coffee. If you are upset I placed my order online and you were supposed to take my order next be glad that you were able to push me through because I was the only order they were working on before I rolled up after the truck. I have never once been mad or disrespected a customer because they stood in the lobby or drove thru and placed their order online. Just to note I picked up my drinks that were ready as soon as he said something to me and handed me the straws only 3 minutes earlier than quoted...
Read moreIt's Dutch Bros. They make great coffee for way more money than it's worth, has about a 10 minute line at all hours of the day, and are filled with workers that act like golden retrievers. They're always way happy to see you, and are way happier to see other people they recognize. Like, a "hold the line up for another 10 minutes while we talk" happy. The employees seem to congregate there on their days off, but if I got free drinks for working there, I'd congregate too. They have a million different types of sweet coffees to try, pastries to go with your sweet coffee, and some of the best black coffee I've had. If you don't like ice cream coffee and don't like black coffee, a happy medium that they suggested to me is a Cafe au Lait, which is a drip brewed coffee with steamed milk. It's so good on price, calories, and taste that I now get it every time. The problem is that it's a 50/50 coin toss on if they know their own drink or not. This is pretty much the standard visit, because all of Dutch Bros is charmingly "anti-corportate but still secretly corporate, but look at how much we're all not corporate" type of college-targeted business. But I really can't mind their atmosphere, because their coffee is...
Read moreWOW just WOW! First time ever to dutch bros and let me tell you, these guys know the meaning of customer service! There was a decent line in front of me, and I was greeted by a friendly gentlemen. I told him I had no idea what to order bc I had never been here before. He took the time to really find out what appealed to me then made his recommendation. By the time I made it to the payment window, I was greeted by Tom, who was AMAZING! I have no idea how he knew I had never been there, but he made mention that he knew I was a first timer and told me about the loyalty rewards stamp card. He told me how they made my drink with real chocolate milk, and even asked for my name, so that he could address me like more than just another customer. He handed the stamp card to me then gave me my drink. Which tasted AMAZING. I drove away, then looked at the stamp card. Tom had stamped it all the way to the free drink for next time! I was blown away. I literally pulled Into the closest parking spot to write this review! Awesome Awesome service! I WILL be back. You guys have made a loyal...
