There is no day in a week that I wouldn't go here for my breakfast burrito except on Sundays. Ive been coming here for almost two months now, Yea, it's definitely time to write a review. Im a happy customer can you tell!? 3 reasons why I love coming to this location everyday. Fast service- I'm very predictable person so l order the same thing. Love getting my breakfast burrito with bacon and NO cheese. I always go drive through too as well. I'm in and out. Quick, fast and easy. (Don't we all want that?) Great food! - I've been to different places for breakfast burrito and no one won my heart except this location. The cook definitely knows how to put gracious amount of BACON! Customer Service- I think this last one will either make or break the business itself. No matter how much I enjoy the menus that it is being served or offered, if you have employees that are displeased, clearly they don't want to be there, it reflects their services.
I can honestly tell their employees are being treated pleasingly. A customer can fire you by going to another store. Griselda is one of those hard working employees that goes above and beyond everyday no matter what the weather is. She always takes time to say "Good morning, welcome back and how is your day". Those little things means a lot specially nowadays when kindness is hard to find. I will definitely be coming back here! And definitely recommend this place. Fillberto's, you need to give this...

The drive thru was decent as far as speed, but the staff wasn't very friendly, which would have been fine because I don't need people to be fake-nice in order to enjoy my food, but the food itself was barely edible. The chimichanga seemed to be in some sort of eggroll wrapper rather than an actual tortilla and was too tough to pull apart. I'm not a picky eater whatsoever, and I could only eat maybe three bites, which was actually a lot of work considering I had to get a steak knife after struggling to use a fork to even get one bite. The beef tasted greasy, which would have been ok, but the not-a-tortilla taste kept throwing it off. The beans and rice were ok at least. The nachos were ok, but putting a pound of mediocre carne asada on top of something doesn't make it good. Speaking of which, the carne asada fries were ok, but definitely not worth $10, same with the nachos. I put the fries and chimichanga in the fridge hoping that I'd get hungry enough to eat them so the money wouldn't be wasted, but I don't know if I'll ever be that hungry. I ended up throwing out two whole entrees with only a few bites...
Read moreBest in Az when it comes to The Filiberto's franchise, here in Az. Others. Have gotten me sick. That being said... there's a deal on TOSTADAs on Friday
I was there on Friday. This has been my #1 Mexican joint for decades! Zero cap. On Friday I asked for two tostadas and a side of chips, that they give, in general. The cook put his bare hands, after handling a lot of food, because he's been the best, in the chips and yanked my chips and put them in the bag. I asked for him to please give me another bag, with gloves on and he and the cashier ignored my request. He then put his hands back into the chips, no gloves, and made two more orders for nachos. Looked me dead in my eyes and did it. I said; "you can't just put some gloves on and give me a fresh bag?" He acted like he did SPEAK ANY ENGLISH, and pointed at the cashier.
She said: "I asked him.. 🤷♀️".. I was like 'what?'.. then she went to the back, got some tongs and put some chips in a bag and gave it to me. I get home they put ONE TOSTADA...
