Salad and Go — Restaurant in Tempe

Really struggling to keep going to Salad And Go. I have been going to this location on a regular for 2+ years and struggling to keep going. We ordered food this past Wed for 3 people and there was a hair INSIDE stuck to the INSIDE wall of the lemonade cup. 2 wraps were ill wrapped and fell apart where we had to grab our own wraps from home and rewrap. The one bbq chicken salad we ordered was flat and wilted. Looked unappetizing so we threw away after eating less than half. The order prior we ordered wraps and the wrap did not have the avocados we paid for but had wilted lettuce and one random object and the stem of the banana peppers. The quality of the lettuce has increasingly gotten worse over the past year. any time we buy breakfast or lunch wraps the food seems to be not mixed well. For their lunch wraps the lettuce is at the top, the protein is at the bottom and most of the time we ordered avocado and its either not in the wrap at all or at the very bottom. Wraps should be evenly distributed so that every bite is similar. And yet AGAIN some wilted slimy looking lettuce. I/we realize this is not gourmet food but at a realistic minimum it would be nice to go back to when this location first opened and the quality was amazing! Staff is always friendly and kind, they were allowed to receive tips prior but now they don't. Not sure how that impacts the over all dynamic but maybe bring that back tips and reward employees for sending out good quality food! This is not the only location we have used, as a family I have highly recommended Salad and Go...this seems to be the trend at many east valley locations. Normally absolutely love salad and go. Today was another today was another story. I just wanted a traditional breakfast bowl and I had even said that but I guess the girls thought I was trying to make a build your own. she gave me another breakfast bowl that wasn't the one I wanted. Then when I went up to get it fixed I was made to feel like I was the fat kid that just wanted more food. I just wanted my proper order.. Not to be met with an attitude of you messed up not us. That's not how you treat your customers.. I really appreciate that they offer a healthier option for food on the go. How ever after this I'm hesitant to come back to this location. Looks like all good things must come to and end! Where's the lettuce! (You know where's the beef) this has become the norm not the exception at Elliott and priest. If it's not forgetting part of my meal I get breakfast and lunch at same time. They forget to put the breakfast burrito in bag or the salsa or the salad dressing or half the ingredients like the main part lettuce in a salad go figure! The breakfast burrito are hit or miss depending on whose making them. If your not going to put that much in them save money call them tacos and use a smaller tortilla.This makes me sad to write this because I used to love getting my meals here. But I think they have gotten to big for there on good.
