They serve High Waiting Times for a High Price on a subpar quality smoothie! Bring your family, coworkers and friends and have a great conversation about how you can be served a meal at a sit down restaurant and eat it faster than you can get your smoothie!
In all seriousness, my wife and I came here twice. The first time, the cashier was talking and flirting with her boyfriend before talking with us. We sat for a long time waiting(the only ones to be served), and after ten minutes another worker came out with our cups, smiled and said something snarky before he walked away. This second time my wife came in during her nausea hanger and craved nothing but a fruit smoothie, only to sit in wait for close to AN HOUR for a SMOOTHIE. People who ordered AFTER her got their order first. The only redeeming quality of this location is the quality of the fruit cups. They do taste good, but not worth the wait and customer service.
We are never coming back here again, and I hope if you value your own time and money, you would go...
Read moreI truly love this place and never had a problem until a couple months ago, up to now! I had the worst experience last night! This was more towards management and how poorly their wait is. I’m not going to drag out this long story but all I have to say that Rachel and Vicki should definitely have some courses on “customer service” and how to treat others! This store needs some major changes on their time management and choosing their employees! We literally sat waiting for a smoothie and a “original” bowl for 30min!!!! All at the same time that the two of three employees were sitting in the back talking and messing around (theres a window and you can see everything!) the customer waiting that ordered after us had his bag waiting for him by the back counter, while our order was still not done! This particular guy (witch I wish I knew his name to thank him!) was super upset for us as well. He spoke out for us and also gave us his order cause he felt so bad!! Anywho! This is not the first time this is happened but last night it got pretty bad. Wish management does something about this! Just horrible experience! Also, I love supporting my small businesses and this for sure made me so sad cause we go there all the time! I want to add that the third employees name was Aiden, he was the only one that was apologetic....

Many times I’ve been left waiting at the counter for several minutes unacknowledged, and even after they do help me, no acknowledgment of my wait is made. Further, I have been late to work because of their failure to adhere to a schedule. I’ve ordered for pickup at 8:45 and not gotten my stuff until 9:15. Even when you order in store, the wait is just as long, regardless of the number of people inside. Finally, the last straw, which has occurred multiple times yet once too many, is when I make the trip to the store, get there at 8:45-8:50, and they’re closed. They say they close at 9pm so that is when they should help the last customer. If they don’t want to stay that late, they should consider closing at 8:30 in order to accommodate the final Customers of the day.
